"Desde que llegas al check in se siente una forma rígida en la atención al cliente... En general el personal del front desk Y de La parte del desayuno con mala actitud.. En el front desk solo Una Chica joven amable.. Tuve un inconveniente con un pedido que hice de Amazon qué me tocó pedir en tres ocasiones y me negaban qué había llegado y de tanto insistir "apareció" tuve que enseñar fotos de la evidencia y realmente lo sacaron después de tanta insistencia mía (habían llegado varios paquetes juntos) de la oficina atrás del front desk.. Realmente Se me hizo muy extraño e incomprensible.. Esto sucedió el día 6 de abril entre 3 y 4 pm... Por si desean revisar cámaras qué creo que sería importante lo hagan y evalúen el personal. El hotel es muy cómodo... No dan servicio de limpieza todos los días lo cual esta OK... Las chicas de housekeeping super amables y me cambarion las toallas y estuviera atentas a cualquier requerimiento. El. Hotel en general bonito y cómodo "
