"The smoke detector was beeping when we got to our room. We went to the front desk to ask them to change out the batteries and they said they didn't have any and we would have to move rooms. We had already settled in and had kids with us, so moving was not an option. We had to disconnect the smoke detector. The remote also needed batteries, but we didn't even bother to ask so we could not even relax and watch some TV. The bathroom sink did not drain and had black stuff that would come up out...

"I’m a local resident, but I wanted to take a break in a different environment after post surgery. I have never stayed in the hotel before, but it looks brand new. The staff is great. The rooms are clean, great breakfast in the morning and I only add that it was a pleasant day. I’ll probably stay there again and recommend the hotel to my out-of-town relatives that visits frequently."

"The room was clean and the staff friendly. The hallways were not clean. We were just there for one night passing through. Our complaint is the breakfast. It begins at 6:30. We arrived at 7:30 and it was very picked over. The hot food was replaced but the breads and fruits were not. There was one remaining muffin and few bagels. When I asked for a banana they said they were out. I heard someone else ask for a muffin and they responded they were out. This is an hour into the 4 hour breakfast....
