5 Bedroom 3 1/2 Bath Lake House for Weekly/daily Rental. Great for summer or if you like ice fishing, snowmobiling or just getting away, this home is great! Boat docks and Association Beach just a short drive with golf cart*. House sleeps 15 Guests. There are 3 additional couches or you can bring air mattresses for any additional guests.. Plenty of space.. Totally furnished with dishes, cookware, linens, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, dish washer, refrigerators, washer and dryer. Includes Boat Dock, Golf Cart*, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Huge Building with Summer Kitchen and Full Bath, Fenced in Back Yard with Fire Pit (you supply wood), Gas Grill (propane tanks there but may need filled), Griddle, charcoal grill, Internet and 4 Smart TVs. There is a large screened-in porch with tables for bugless dining. This property has access to Jimmerson Lake which is an All Sports Lake and part of the Chain of Lakes including Lake James, Snow Lake and Big Otter. The building is large enough to hold a small reception or family reunion. There are several restaurants just down the road including Acapulco Mexican Grill,, Club Paradise, The Bistro, Yo-Yo Yogurt and the famous Tom's Doughnuts. Boat rental is available at the Corner Landing & Vacation Pontoon Rentals. If you are a golfer there are several nice courses near by. Pokagon State Park has hiking, horse back riding, great beach, and a frozen toboggan slide for winter guests. Ice fishing is also popular. Come relax and have a blast! What an awesome place to make memories...
* golf cart usage is free with house rental. There’s $500 deposit to use. Deposit will be fully refunded within a week barring any damage.

Check-in was a breeze & Tracey was very kind & was so helpful with a few things that we needed. We had a wonderful time with family, & they loved the ping pong, hot tub & fire pit. Tom’s caramel rolls are the bomb & we also loved Club Paradise. Thank you!

The renter agreed to privately rent the house to us for an extra night, not through the vrbo app. We were never given the code to get in and she did not answer phone calls or texts. We sat outside of the house for hours waiting. She did nothing to make up for this. She promises a boat dock that’s 5 or so minutes away, but they are public docks so you aren’t even guaranteed a dock. Hopefully you are fine with the black mold everywhere in the garage building with the hot tub.

We had a good time, plenty of space, bedrooms, refrigerators and all pretty clean. The lake is beautiful and pleasurable to swim and kayak or fish in. All enjoyed the campfires and pool table.

Disappointing. It was more suited for a frat party than any type of family gathering or baby shower as advertised. I expected that even though the property and amenities were older, they would be clean. I have stayed in a similiar place in the area that was very well cleaned, organized and lived up to its description on the website. This one did not. Dirty toilet plungers left out, paper towels in bathrooms, no hand towels, grime on cabinet doors and drawers. Dusty and cleaning cloth left out on the floor, broken lamp. Don’t look under any of the sinks! It was a mess and dirty. Pots and pans, cooking sheets, coffee makers, utensils, glasses, mugs, etc… were all disgusting. If they weren’t in good shape there was food or crumbs in and around them in the cupboards or drawers. The cleanest part of the house and building was the refrigerator in the main house. The other fridges needed cleaned inside and out.Multiple door handles were missing, the golf cart was run down and dirty. The “toys” for lake toys were thrown in a corner of the garage along with random chairs and rugs…pool noodles had chunks out of them. All was very dirty. No life jackets in sight. Items were still left in the dryer from previous guests. My mother almost fell through one of the porch chairs. The shower heads provided one single, hard stream of water. The smells in the porch and “entertainment building” were undesirable. The grass was not cut, the plants all had trash in them, the grills were DISGUSTING.

I needed this property to do a baby shower. Worked well. Had a slight problem with the door but I was called immediately after I sent a message about it. And it was fixed in 30 minutes.

Relaxed relaxed relaxed.

So much room to spread out. Areas for quiet time or to all hang out. We cooked a lot on the blackstone. Out of courtesy each stay should be cleaning the grill and blackstone when they are done. The cleaning staff doenst have time for this and shouldnt have to and its clean for the next group. We napped, had fires both days, hot tubbed, enjoyed the amenities. I finally was able to just truly relax. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back. Tracey was very quick to respond and helpful. It was so peaceful there. Even the neighbors had a retirement party and it the noise didnt carry at all. Thanks for a great 40th bday for my sister.

Golf Weekend

Great place in an area with several good golfing options. The house has all the amenities that you would want for a several night stay; a lot of space, big back yard, fire pit. Grills to cook, full kitchen and several close restaurants nearby.

Siblings get together

We had 9 seniors at this gathering. This cottage has plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and it never felt crowded. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom doesn’t work and the interior shows wear but everything was clean. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. Those that used the hot tub said it was excellent. It’s about a mile downhill to the small public beach where the water is very nice.

Family fun

Our first family vacation was great. Our grown children, their partners, and our 6 year old grandson had a great time here. The layout was perfect for our family of 7. Golf cart rides down to the lake made for great memories, as did nighttime game nights at the house. Having to rent an outside pontoon was more expensive, but understand these things happen. (Owner's boat was in for repairs due to a previous renter.) All in all, the house worked well, and we all had a good time.

Wonderful Place for an Extended Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay here! The property was clean and spacious. The entertainment building with the pool table, ping pong table, toys and hot tub was really fun for all ages. There was a ton of yard space to play outside games, and the covered porch was really relaxing to sit and read on. We also enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit. We would definitely love to come back.

The Wildes

Home was just as listed and had all that we Needed. Lots of games and toys for all ages! None of kids(ages 2 thru 17) were bored. Entertainment building was great also for all ages. We will definitely consider rebooking in future! Host was very nice and helpful!!

Family weekend

Pros: The property was exactly as advertised and exceeded our needs. We we were able to spend time together or spread out with the awesome entertainment building or the living area in the basement. The house has everything you would need and more. The host was very responsive and helpful with questions. Cons: the basement couch had a bad odor. We would absolutely stay here again.
