Hello everyone,

Here's a 2-room apartment of about 68 m² that was newly renovated in September 2021. It has a balcony, is in a quiet location, and offers a great view right in the city.

It will be completely refurnished and feature a new kitchen.

The bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed, and the living room has two sofa beds, each measuring 140 cm x 200 cm.

Best suited for 4 people. With 6 people, it gets a little cramped in the living room because of the two sofa beds :-)

The apartment
is on the 1st floor without an elevator.

Additional important information
The sofa bed is made up only if there are more than 2 guests. If the sofa bed is needed for 2 guests, please let us know in advance so that the cleaning service can prepare it accordingly.

Pet fee: €20. Please notify us and transfer the payment before arrival.
