This lovely home with a great deck with recently built pergola provide lovely shades and unobstructed ocean view where you can watch beautiful sun rise on the beach and enjoy the ocean breeze. There is a easy walk-over access to the beach from house front, it only take you few steps within a minute walking distance to the beach! Nearby restaurants just one block away within 5 min walking distance. The spacious living/kitchen area with two full size fridges and game table which is perfect for a family gathering. Kitchen has bar counter with bar tools, dinning table with 6 chairs plus glass top tea table and chairs in living room which provides extra sitting for dinning. Large master bedroom with master bathtub to the right, and the back two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. This beach house is beautifully furnished, equipped with full kitchen, fine dining ware, cook utensils, front load wash/drier, laundry detergent for sheets/towels are also provided, is perfect for a family vacation.
This welcoming and inviting home is clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. You will feel like as if you were in a home away from home. We have a full kitchen with all of the amenities( regular and cup coffee maker, slow cooker, blender, waffler maker, etc) needed to make your own meals. The home also had quite a few games, 5 in 1 game table, many books, and a whole lot of kid friendly movies. Dish TV has HBO, Cinemax, and many movie channels.
Your day will start with having a fresh cup of coffee on the patio under nice pergola shade every morning watching sunrise. During the day you will have beach fun all day: swimming, picking shells, and building up sand castle. Beach toys, kick boards are stocked downstairs by staircase. By the end of the day the deck will be shaded by the house from the afternoon sun and catches the cool ocean breezes, you can lay back with a drink and enjoy the ocean breeze in the shade, listing to the waves and watching sun goes down. There is small picnic table on deck you can sit have an afternoon tea or coffee. In the evening some chose to have a walk & talk on the beach while others chose to have fun with games or curl up on couches watch a movie to relax.
At beginning of each year, we will do a lots of additions to this property: towels /beddings (pillows, comforters and sheets) added in early spring, vacuum cleaner/floor sweeper/bucket set will be replaced, so house guests can keep floor clean during their stay. We also have futon and sofa cover pads applied to all furnitures and have them washed after each rental. Patio furnitures such beach chairs, lawn chairs, also been added during the summer rental. The water filter system will be checked early spring and water filter cartridge will be replaced on monthly basis.
We have been taking good care of our property since we owned it. On 2023 new deck handrails plus front deck pergola was built on Jun. On 2022 we installed new wood floor, interior/ exterior painting for entire. house. New air compressor of center AC system has been in service since 2018. New water filtering system for entire household water supplies has been installed since Apr 2019. water filter cartridge is designated for sulfur and iron removal for well water since Surfside beach water supplies coming from well water. We will continue to keep up our properties to provide better and comfortable environments to our guests.
The house is furnished with Direct TV over 200 channels( HBO, Cinemax, Disney, ESPN, etc. plus local channels), and DVR up to 100 hours so you can record your favorite TV show while you have fun on the beach!
Check in 4pm, check out 11am, some flexibility may be possible ( early checkin or late check out ) but must be cleared by owner.
Minimum age of responsible party is 22. Chaperon must supervise prom or graduation party.
