With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this cozy beach house can comfortably sleep 10 guests with 4 Queen beds & 1 King bed throughout 1,200 square feet making it an ideal lodging choice for families, friends, or a group of couples out for a memorable seaside escape. This house sits high on beams, allowing you to see the ocean or bay views. Inside, the home features an expansive living area, where you can gather with your companions and watch your programming of choice on the huge flat screen TV with satellite connection and Wifi. Prepare home-cooked meals in the adjacent eat-in kitchen or enjoy your meal outside on the huge deck. All the amenities you need to feel as relaxed as possible during your stay are here, including central air conditioning and heat, satellite e television throughout, and an in-unit laundry room with washer and dryer. Each bedroom comes equipped with its own TV for your entertainment needs. After an exciting day at the beach, come home to spend the evening lounging outside on the deck, where you can watch the dazzling sunset. This was a vacation / birthday opportunity to go to the beach! It was wonderful time at a beautiful place. The check in / check out was easy with the owner. The house was spacious and kept very nice. It was absolutely wonderful to sit out on the deck in the morning, face the ocean and enjoy the coffee! I can't thank the owners enough for a wonderful 1st time to the BEACH!

We stayed for a four day weekend. It was great the view was good. The beds were amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked. The amenities are in point. I will stay here again with my family.

This trip was a much needed getaway for me and my family! The deck is a great place to sit and watch the sunrise. Very very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed getting up early to go fish and watch the sunrise on the beach. If coming I would bring laundry detergent to do laundry, make sure to bring towels which we were told we needed to bring, and if you plan on cooking a lot bring some seasonings!! Everything else was provided and the kitchen was awesome! Lots of pots and pans, plates, bowls, mixer, toaster, and a keurig with fixings for the coffee! The biggest thing to note is BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY. I mean bring multiple things of mosquito spray. That was the only downside which the owners can’t do much about but they did warn us about it! They are out in the morning if you plan to go fishing and they are out after the sun sets! Overall, will be staying again! Everything was wonderful :)

The living room and kitchen were a good size and very comfortable, the bedrooms, not so much. Foam mattresses, no side table or anything for upstairs rooms, only a bright ceiling light. Overall a good house if this doesn't bother you.

Second time to stay at this house. My husband, friends and I enjoyed the small town and friendly people in the area. Kitchen is well equipped and the last day rules are simple and easy to understand. Grocery stores and restaurants are close. Great and quick communication with owners. Will be returning .

The house is very nice, and the pictures represent the space well. The home was clean, well-stocked (except for towels - see below) and everything was in good working order. We could sit on the front deck and see / hear the ocean. Very easy walk to get to the beach with the access road right in front of the property. We loved the back deck even more. Really enjoyed watching the birds and barges go by and could still hear the roar of the ocean. I was disappointed by 2 things in this stay. The beds are extremely low and uncomortable. We are older and it was difficult to get in and out of bed. Much too low to sit on, but there were other places to sit. The bed on the main floor was extremely noisy and very uncomfortable to us. Much too mushy and we got very little sleep the first night (I ended up on the couch mid way through the night). We slept upstairs after the first night and that bed was better, but still very low and noisy. The other thing that disappointed us was the towel situation. We checked in on Wednesday, so we left our home in Missouri on Tuesday night to drive down. We were about 30 minutes away from home when I got a text telling me they do not provide any towels. And I mean NONE. No dish towels, hand towels, bath towels or wash cloths. We turned around and drove back home to get our towels. Had we been further away or flying, it would have been a major inconvenience to go by a store and buy what we needed. Nothing in the listing indicated the owner did not provide these. Very disappointed that this major piece of information was not in the listing. With so many great choices of places to stay in Surfside Beach, we won’t be staying here again.

The stay was great! The host communicated with us well. We checked in with no problems. Everything was as expected. I will say that I was disappointed in the towels and that I found out the day of to bring towels when I was already miles away from my home. Other than that I thought everything about the home was amazing. Thank you for the stay we will be there in the future.

This house was charming, welcoming and very comfortable. It felt incredibly clean and airy. The owner was quick to respond to an inquiry I made via text. There was a bit more traffic than I expected on the road in front of the house, but nothing that detracted from our experience. Would happily recommend to others and would stay again!

We can’t wait to go back! The place is super cozy and clean, perfect size for our group. They provided basic condiments and kitchenware. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and freshly prepped for our stay. A few minutes walk to the beach where we waited for the lovely sunrise. We love the decks giving us different views of the surrounding area. Property owners are nice and easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed our stay.
