"Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. Located right next to the Legacy Museum...

"The GM did make all of this right by us and I’m only leaving a review bc I rely on reviews when booking places and this one time I did not and it backfired. We were on a mom sons trips and arrived for just 1 night of rest before heading to beach on Monday morning and upon arrival at 1030pm we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the pullout couch bed was broken, second room had mold all over the pull out couch, and third room there were no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch for our kids...

"I had booked a junior suite for three people. It had a king bed and a double size let out couch. There were no sheets, pillows or blankets for the let out bed. When I called down to the desk to ask for some they said housekeeping was gone and they did not have access to them so we were unable to use the pull out bed which is the main reason we booked that room because we had 3 people. You would think they would be left in there when the room was last cleaned, you should not even have to ask....

I booked this hotel in error., Once I realized this when checking in, After checking in we get on the elevator and it was really hot and smelly like someone tried to clean up throw up. My daughter’s room smell of cigarette smoke. The curtains were falling down, and was totally disgusting. Me and my wife room was the same and when we went to go take a shower, the water would not drain and your feet are stuck soaking in backup water that would not...

"Cleaned and decent room. Didn’t like the area near by seems sketchy and scary specially for a female solo traveler. Staff were friendly and nice. I would booked it again for a budget stay/good deal."

"The property is very close to the interstate. The refrigerator is much bigger than your typical motel has. The room appeared clean but had a musty odor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door handle had hit it a lot. The tv had no remote. The staff brought a couple to the room but were not the correct ones. I wasn’t watching much tv so I worked around it. The staff was friendly but didn’t always understand what I was telling them or asking about."

"The non smoking room smelled so much cigarettes that my eyes burned and I had trouble sleeping through the night. Most of the room was clean except the bathroom toilet has cigarette ashes on the toilet lid. Residents were standing all out on the balcony. Was not the best experience. The check in out process was good and the hotel is located near nice eateries."

"First says non smoking. Burn mark on my tub, tried to watch TV it had a line across the middle. Tge room was 30 yards from the interstate. Omg put my bed on the side of the road. Not even worth the 65 I paid. Also soap in the shower was off the fall. You had to hold it and try and pump it. Nice people. Place was a one night pick up place. Don’t even try it"
