"Everything was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this hotel. The only concern I had was that I had an emergency and couldn’t check out because I was in a hurry. I called the staff, but no one answered. Eventually, someone did answer, but they hung up on me without knowing that I had an emergency. They didn’t seem to be aware of the situation and didn’t take any action to help me."

"We didn’t stay overnight like we planned. The staff at check-in were so friendly and helped make check-in and parking easy, the walk to Nationals Ballpark was nice and convenient like advertised. But the smell inside the building was so strong, some type of air freshener/fake scent, we had scratchy throats and started sneezing pretty quickly.
