Winecup is one of six cottages on the property, featuring vaulted ceilings, the spacious interior complements the expansive feel of the space.

As you approach, a large front porch greets you, providing a welcoming spot to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Inside, a well-equipped kitchenette awaits, offering the convenience of preparing meals during your stay.

The accommodation is adorned with a king-sized bed, inviting you to relax in comfort. Additionally, a queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping arrangements, making this retreat suitable for additional guests. The cozy living room invites you to kick back and unwind after a day of exploration.

The property's prime location along the Pedernales River offers an array of activities for guests to enjoy. Launch a kayak or water float to embark on a leisurely journey along the river's tranquil waters. Take time to explore the scenic riverside walking trails, winding through natural landscapes carved out by local wildlife, offering a peaceful connection with nature.

Dotted with hammocks and swings, this waterfront oasis is surrounded by neighboring ranches boasting picturesque horses, goats, sheep, donkeys, and llamas, adding to the charm of the setting.

For group gatherings, a large covered pavilion beckons, complete with comfortable furnishings, a convenient bathroom, and even a backdrop wall designed for capturing memorable photos, perfect for social media sharing. As evening descends, gather around the firepits for an unforgettable stargazing experience beneath the expansive Texas skies, creating cherished moments and lasting memories in this serene and scenic setting.

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Maximum of two dogs allowed with a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.
8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.
9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.
13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
