Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. The room was cozy and tucked away from all of the crowds. We will be booking again when the weather is cooler to take advantage of the hot tub on the front porch.

Everything was great. Hot tub was amazing after hiking at Enchanted Rock. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to Main Street. Highly recommend.

The place was perfect for a couples getaway! So quiet and peaceful. I'll stay there every time we come back to Fredericksburg. The hot tub was the cherry on top.

This is a beautiful cabin in a great location on the west end of main street. Very clean. Manager is wonderful to work with. Totally recommend!!

Loved our stay at the Wine Thief. The facilities we impeccable and exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean convention and cozy get a way place.

We enjoyed our stay at The Wine Thief at Wine Country Cottages. Conveniently located to wineries, Johnson City, Luckenbach and all Fredericksburg sites of interest.

Perfect Spot!

This was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. The property manager was kind to recommend places to eat and go and went the extra mile in leaving a sweet note and goodies to help celebrate my friends birthday! The hot tub was the perfect way to end a long day of walking and shopping!

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

My wife and I had a great stay at the Wine Country Cottages. The fact that each cottage is its own unit was great not having to hear neighbors above or to the sides. The place was extremely clean and welcoming with some pastries and fresh coffee for our mornings. We enjoyed having our own hot tub while getting away for the everyday life for.a weekend! We would absolutely recommend to friends and family to stay here while visiting Fredericksburg!

Everything overall was awesome!

Very affordable, clean, comfortable, and the logistical location was excellent. Never been to a place that leaves as many treats and complementary welcoming amenities, very professional and detailed The only thing if we had to be picky, would be having cable or dish instead of Roku on the TV. We will be back!

Charming Cottage

My girlfriend and I chose to stay here during our most recent trip to Fredericksburg and this cottage did not disappoint! The pictures in the listing do well to convey the charm of the place. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It's a bit further from the more touristy shops/bars/wine tasting rooms than I had anticipated by looking at the map, but it's definitely worth the walk! Hosts are very responsive and professional. I'd gladly come back for a stay next time I'm in town.

The cottage was cute and very clean. We were very comfortable all weekend. Check-in procedures were easy, and the extra little touches were really nice. They set out yummy fruit and cream cheese danishes upon arrival and the fridge was set up with waters, milk, orange juice, creamer and two egg and bacon breakfast pastries. The provided locally made hand soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner were beautifully scented and also a nice surprise. The hot tub was the perfect temperature especially with the unexpected cool temperatures over the weekend. We would definitely book again. It was a memorable and fantastic weekend!

This was actually the best place to stay ever!! The little cottage was stocked with everything needed and was extremely clean. The host was very gracious and responded quickly with any problems or questions. There is a fairly secluded hot tub on the patio. The bed was super comfy. We will definitely stay here again. There are multiple cottages on the same property, which would be absolutely wonderful if you have multiple people coming. No children are allowed which makes it nice and quiet and there is a nice common area in the center. The entire property is beautifully landscaped and very tranquil. I can’t rave enough about this place. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Cute and convenient

It’s a medium walk from the heart of downtown. Super clean, cute, quiet. We ended up not using the hot tub - it is on the front porch so just semi private but very clean. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, cutlery, mini fridge. If you are with friends the bathroom doors are see through so be sure you cover up. Shower was perfect. And bed was cozy AF. 5 Stars - would totally stay again.
