"I would like to share my experience to help future travelers.
The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. This lack of transparency made the experience quite unexpected for us.
We had informed the host in advance that we were a family of four, yet we were assigned a cramped attic space with very limited room. There was...

"When we booked this property we received what was supposed to be the view and that view was not close to what we actually had. We were supposed to see the river but saw the apartments across the way. My first trip to Switzerland and the room was a huge disappointment "

"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "
