    The Condo
    This roomy 607 square foot condominium sits on the ground floor and features an updated interior design. The open living room offers modern furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a flat screen television, creating a warm and inviting space to unwind after a day outdoors. Step out onto the private patio to soak in the mountain views. A cozy dining alcove seats up to six people and seamlessly connects to the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts modern appliances, sleek countertops, and freshly painted cabinets. Please note that there is no air conditioning in this unit.

    The Neighborhood
    The condo offers incredibly convenient access to the Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse, located just 384 feet across the parking lot. The clubhouse features excellent amenities including an outdoor heated pool, spacious hot tubs, a fitness center, a steam room, racquetball courts, a locker room, and coin operated laundry. During the summer season, guests can also take advantage of multiple tennis courts. Parking is provided in the outdoor lot for up to two vehicles, and the free town shuttle stop is only 30 yards away.

    The Area
    Fraser is located a short distance from Winter Park Resort, on the free ski shuttle and Amtrak line for guests to experience a quieter neighborhood with mountain views. Winter Park Resort is 5.9 miles away for excellent skiing and snowboarding. You are just 1.5 miles from Downtown Fraser for local shops and dining, and 3.4 miles from Downtown Winter Park. For day trips and sightseeing, Granby Ranch Resort is 16.1 miles away, Grand Lake is 32.6 miles away, and Rocky Mountain National Park is 33.3 miles away.

Property was as advertised, and well kept and stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful view of the peaks from the patio, and our kids loved the bunk beds!

Cozy Holiday Stay

Well managed and well-informed! The place was clean, comfortable, with many different amenities. There are detailed instructions for the different appliances, a well equipped kitchen, and a fireplace! My family loved the accessibility to the community recreation center, and proximity to anything essential in the town. What a great stay! Nice seasonal touches and decor.

Mountain Condo

Place was clean, a bit outdated with decor. The check in and out process was less than ideal... you have to go to another location in a different town to pick up the key and then return it back. Would have been better to have a lock box. Overall property was nice.

Good place

It was clean and cozy. The toilet was not set and was loose from the floor when we got there, but they had a handyman come out quickly to fix it. While he was there he fixed a light switch issue as well. There are some little quirks, like the fact that the fridge rolls when you open the door and the dishwasher isn't totally set, so when you open it, the whole thing kind of leans forward. Besides those little quirks, it had everything we needed, was a great location, had great parking and was very clean.

This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen door open all night. So we were left trying to cool the bedroom from one small window and one very small fan. Didn't work out too well. Probably only and issue in Summer but that's when we were there.

This place was great & a bargain. Clean, comfy, and just like the description. Easy to find and close parking. Plus the spa and steam room were awesome.

Property is old and has a strong odor of mold/mildew. Furnishing was well used. Dishwasher acted up along with the dispenser. Refrigerator old and very noisy. Room was warm above 90 degrees without A/C or central fan due to its old age and design. Upon arrival maintenance man was working on the boiler defects/malfunction. Parking lot not paved just old dirt and dusty without markings. Poor lighting at night. No guard rails on the steps from parking lot to the units for disabled person. Bathroom fan extremely noisy and slow toilet. Shower head old and on a single stream. Hard on disabled person use.
