"We had a great room on the 4th floor. Spacious and included a nice little kitchen. The hotel location is convenient to local shops and restaurants. Staff was attentive and friendly. I have now found my go-to place when visiting family in town. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the housekeeper ran our dishwasher with only 5 small items in it; it ran for a long time and was very loud. They provided dish soap but no dish brush or we would have simply washed them ourselves. "

"The location and staff and room were amazing. The only concern I had was the $150 per night deposit. While I know it is standard, it's a lot for someone to have held while on vacation. This was the highest total I have had to pay, and I have stayed at the midtown hilton in NYC. I just wish there was a smaller fee. "

"Right off the highway. Good value. Breaksfast is bready, carb bomb type offerings- no eggs or hard boiled eggs. But I would still stay there again. The coffee in the morning is very good though. Clean hotel. Good launching point for the New Paltz area which is a five minute or less drive to the restaurants and downtown area. 20 minutes to Lake Minnewaska and the hiking areas there."

"Upon arrival there was no one at the desk, I waited for 15 minutes, had to call the hotel to get someone to come to the desk. The lobby smelled terrible, hotel is dated, breakfast area had only packaged muffins and snack bars. Coffee was empty , had to ask for coffee to be made. We were there just for an overnight, you get what you pay for!"
