Electric car chargers broken. Staff didn’t know until we told them. We booked this particular hotel because we needed a place to charge our car after a long drive, so it was a big problem to find the chargers were broken. The staff told us (very politely) that the chargers were installed and maintained by a third party company and the hotel took no responsibility for their condition. The hotel advertises the chargers on their website and Expedia, so while we understand the front desk people have no authority over this we felt strongly that hotel should have done better. Other than that major breakdown the property was very nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable.
