Then I returned for continental breakfast which was more than adequate. I loved the vegan cranberry cookie. The staff were super friendly and pleasant. "This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "

"Location was excellent and should have been a quiet road as it’s a side road but rubbish/recycling picked up at like 0530 in the morning on two of my 3 mornings meant I didn’t sleep well. My shower control must have been broken because my shower was luke warm whilst the sink’s hot water was very hot! I’m not sure if the food in the room was free but it didn’t occur to me that it may have been until I saw the enormous amenities charge to my bill. It would have been nice to make that clear..just...
