  • The attic apartment, with dormers that let plenty of light into the rooms, offers a wonderful view of the Frankfurt am Main skyline and a balcony where you can truly enjoy it. With 4 bedrooms featuring 5 beds and an additional sleeper sofa, the apartment—which includes a large living room and dining area—can accommodate up to 6 guests. In addition to the bathroom with a tub, shower, and toilet, there is also a separate guest restroom.
    There is a bus stop right outside the door. From there, you have a direct connection to the train station, from which you can reach downtown Frankfurt in just 18 minutes, or take a bus to the Taunus region.
    The accommodations are located in the heart of the beautiful Rhine-Main region. On one side is the tranquil Taunus region; on the other, the beautiful city of Frankfurt and the airport. It’s also not far to take day trips to Wiesbaden or the Rhine-Moselle region.
    Within a radius of 250 to a maximum of 600 meters, you’ll also find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher shop, and various restaurants.

Apartment was in a nice location. Parking wasn't always easy to find. The apartment was adequately stocked, but could have included more kitchen essentials.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sauber.Allein die Auskunft, Parkplätze verfügbar, ist etwas irreführend, denn man kann gegebenenfalls an der Straße parken. Das war aber auch das einzige, was man in der Beschreibung näher darstellen könnte.

È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questa struttura e anche questa volta ci siamo trovati benissimo, viaggio per lavoro e anche alla prossima occasione (fiera di Francoforte) cercherò di prenotare questo appartamento.

Wonderful location & Owner

Such a beautiful and charming place to stay. And the owners were so accommodating. They even brought us extra air conditioning units. Make sure you hit the Korean restaurant down the street. And enjoy the clean, modern apartment in the middle of a sweet German town.

Ad Soden

The apartment was good for us in that it had 4 bedrooms and was close to the bus stop to get to the train station.Travel into Frankfurt was easy with the S3 train. There are a couple of nice restaurants close by along with a very nice bakery. I would encourage the hosts to label the photos called exterior as of the city and not the building.

Nice place!

We had a short, 2-day stay after flying into Frankfurt from North America. It was quite convenient for us, as we adjusted to the time zone difference. The owner was pleasant to deal with thru the VRBO app. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. We tried three and they all were good. The area seems to be quite safe. I recommend this property.

Schöne Wohnung

Wir sind zu fünft angereist… sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter… er hat uns extra seinen Parkplatz frei gemacht… direkt vor der Tür… die Wohnung ist richtig groß … es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer … davon drei mit Einzelbetten und in der Wohnküche gibt es noch eine Schlafcouch… das Bad ist schön groß und zusätzlich gibt es noch eine separate Toilette… was bei mehr Personen sehr gut ist… außerdem gibt es noch einen Balkon…Wir alle waren begeistert von der Wohnung… ein Kriterium gibt es allerdings… es könnte ein wenig mehr Geschirr ( Tassen/Gläser/Teller/Besteck ) vorhanden sein… Weingläser gab es gar keine … aber sonst war alles absolut perfekt…

Leider waren wir gar nicht mit der Wohnung zufrieden Als wir ankamen waren alle Fenster offen und es war sehr sehr kalt in der Wohnung (12/24) wir wollten daraufhin die Heizungen anmachen, diese funktionierten jedoch leider nicht. Wir mussten das ganze Geschirr noch Mal abwaschen da dieses leider nicht sauber war..... Der Duschkopf in der Dusche funktioniert auch nicht und wir konnten uns nur mit der kleinen brause abduschen.wir werden leider nicht noch Mal wiederkommen Das

We were 3 people, but this was actually a spacious 4 bedroom apartment (1 double, 3 singles, plus a full bath). Well equipped, clean, very comfortable beds. Even has a washer with detergent and a drying rack. Relatively easy to find free parking close by. Very responsive host and simple for contactless arrival. Some street noise, but fine if the windows are closed. Nice view from the generous balcony over some old houses and a church close by, and Bad Soden and the outskirts of Frankfurt. An easy walk down the hill to Bad Soden, a bit of exercise coming back up - but still only about a 15 minute walk (or short bus ride). Reasonably priced and well worth the walk for the extra space. Family day pass for the S-train (for up to 5 people) offered an inexpensive stress-free access from Bad Soden to downtown Frankfurt (ticket machine at the station, and includes subway, buses in Frankfurt plus the bus ride back up to the pension). Would stay again and recommend without hesitation.

We had rented this apartment for a team visit to Frankfurt. The reviews and the pictures looked great, the reality was not so good. The apartment was on the top floor of a building that was undergoing building work and there were piles of materials on the stairs and in the corridors. The apartment itself was open for anyone to enter when we arrived. It was cold and very basic. There appeared to be no door on one bedroom, a curtain on the toilet, no door, a washing machine next to the bath, the kitchen was basic to say the least. The host has been very easy to communicate with up until we had an issue. The gentleman showing us the place was on the phone to him but once we said we were not happy communication stopped and we have had no reply to our emails since. VRBO are involved and I will be expecting a full refund. Not as shown in the very flattering pictures.

Parkeren als je geluk hebt aan de straat. Badkamer heeft lig bad maat geen stop. Diverse Stopcontacten werken gewoon niet, alles ruikt muf. Oven is kapot, eigenaar reageert niet via mail of whatsapp na het boeken, mijn duuts is erg slecht dus dit is voor mij de beste optie. Geen afzuigkap bii de keuken. Gordijnen vallen bijna van het plafond. Deur en raam kruken vallen er bijna vanzelf af. En het is benauwd warm in het appartement. Het 2 persoonsbed is een twijfelaar. Ik zal hier nooit meer boeken beter een aparthotel boeken of naar de camping.

Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist schlicht aber war für uns mit Kleinkinder ideal.
