The modern flat with a great design has been extensively renovated and awaits you with very high-quality furnishings.

The flat consists of a large living room/bedroom, a large separate kitchen and a new bathroom with rain shower.

In the living/bedroom there is a large 180x200 king-size bed and a super cosy fold-out sofa bed with slatted frame measuring 80x200

There is also a dining table for 3 people and a Smart TV with free Netflix access and a Playstation 4 including various games.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: Cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine as well as pots, pans and cutlery, of course.

The bathroom has a large shower & washing machine and tumble dryer.


There is a free car park directly in front of the building. If you are travelling with several cars, there is a large car park directly opposite for €4/day.


Important note: The apartment is located in the immediate city location of Offenbach and is located on a busy street and next to railroad tracks. There are soundproof windows, but for very noise-sensitive people, the apartment may not be suitable!

Offenbach offers a better connection to Frankfurt than some Frankfurt districts do! With the S-Bahn you are within 10-15 minutes in the center of Frankfurt, at the main station and at the fair. You can take the train from the stop "Offenbach Hauptbahnhof" or "Offenbach Marktplatz", which is only a few minutes walk away. In addition, a bus also stops directly in front of the building. The airport is also easily reached by car/taxi in 15 minutes.
If you arrive by car, you will be able to park for free in a parking lot for the apartment. If you arrive with more cars, you can park in the parking garage next door for 7€/day.
Supermarket, gym, bakery, restaurants are all in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful inside… noisy location

The inside has been renovated and had great immunities, including a washer & dryer in basement! The beds were comfortable and internet was fast. The pillows are a bit too soft for my preference. The building does not have ac. Some of the windows didn’t fully function. This made it quite warm. It would be nice if they added fans in bedrooms. The location is on a main road, and the train / pedestrian traffic makes sleeping difficult. There was construction occurring on the building including around the windows which the property manager did not disclose prior to the stay.
