I called the phone # on the outside board and that person found the code for me since I did not get any info from expedia until much later. There was not a refrigerator to use."

"Clean but older hotel. The beds were clean and comfortable which is all that mattered to us. The mini fridge don’t work and the microwave was hard to get to come on which was just a minor inconvenience since we brought dinner from home to heat up. Basic continental breakfast of waffles, coffee, fruit, bagels, yogurt. Easy location to get around from if you want to go visit the coast. "

"My preferred rating would have been 4.5 stars. The only issue was that they’re having some issues with their WiFi. If this is critical for you, ask for a room with the strongest signal. They assured me they are working on it which will involve a total overhaul so I expect sometime soon it will be a stellar experience to match the rest of the amenities. Let me just say that the listing here on Expedia undersold the Beach View Room!!! Not only did it have a refrigerator- which is at least twice...

"Place is a little dated. Bathroom faucet did not have hot water. Spider webs on the deck railings. Comfortable bed. Front desk staff friendly. Hot and cold breakfast options were basic and ample. If you are here to golf at Half Moon Bay course, this is a very convenient place to stay. That’s why we were here."

"We have booked at the Dylan Hotel at least three times. This hotel is one stop away from San Francisco International Airport on the BART. We like the convenience of the hotel so close to the BART station. The hotel is very nice and clean. They have a very nice outdoor patio to enjoy a glass of wine. It is within walking distance of the local restaurants. A clean and nice community."

"We really enjoyed this hotel. The check in was a breeze. We were greeted by friendly staff. Our room was spotless. The bed was so comfy. The hot tub was broken, so we didn’t have an opportunity to check it out. They have a heated pool that was operational. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. They had something for everyone. They charge about 22 bucks a day for parking. That was the only expense that I found to be excessive. We will definitely stay here again."

"Nice and clean room close to the airport with convenient airport shuttles that run every 15 minutes. We experienced an issue with the air system which made a loud and startling noise every time it kicked on. I have already heard from the hotel via email regarding this concern."
