I arrived to the hotel with some virus and Orianna was very helpful with researching English speaking doctors. Lyon was on my To see list for a few years and it is as wonderful as I imagined."

Fantastic location within walking distance of everything in historic old town Lyon. We did enjoy the bar one night but never ate in the restaurant. The breakfast cost about $50 US per person so we didn't partake. Never saw it. Staff were courteous and helpful. "
