"Incase nobody tells you, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING! Nobody told me and now I have parking tickets to pay. I pay for the room and amenities but apparently parking is not one of them. The room was sub par and kind of dirty. You can tell they don’t clean with doors shut because behind them was lint, hair and crumbs from the previous clients. The shower also had hair all over the walls. It was an act of congress to get anything cleaned, fresh towels or a properly working AC."

One reconditioned Chop house restaurant across the street.
Went there closed the day before and was not going to reopen for 5 days.
Second choice recommended Mexican restaurant miles from hotel
Shuttle driver was kind enough to take us there.
The next night we tried to order from on-site menu again we were discouraged from ordering.
Instead was sown a delivery...

"Great stay. Needed a last minute place for a couple of days and cant complain. Staff was helpful, place was clean. For the price I payed I expected the typical cigarette smelling, semi dirty place; this was not. It was as nice and clean as advertised. Will recommend to anybody looking for a quiet place to just relax for a few days."

"I love the aesthetics of the property and the beautiful reception each evening.
I was less pleased with the urgency guest services showed for my concerns. Ie, loud neighbors and the inconsistent service from housekeeping. I didn’t think it was weird to want my garbage removed daily. I was there for five days and they removed my garbage 2 times, maybe."

"I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances....

"Overall, I had a great stay at Hyatt Place. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything met my expectations.
The only downside was the complimentary breakfast. I arrived at the breakfast area around **9:30 a.m.**, and there was very little food available. It would have been nice if the breakfast items had been restocked through the end of the breakfast service so that guests arriving later could still enjoy...

"I will stay here again. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was excellent and the time it was available was great! Plenty of room to eat and places to sit. Very nice gas station basically on the property. Didn’t swim but pool area looked very nice."

"Needed a place to stay for my first couple weeks of work before we moved, worked great for what I needed. Breakfast is fine and the hotel is a little run down but the water pressure is great, my room was clean, and the blackout curtains do their job."
