"The stay was amazing. Very nice staff. But the room and everywhere we went was so clean. I think that was the most comfortable thing about our stay. We were celebrating our 5th year anniversary. I must say we will definitely be back. The area around the hotel was great as well. Plenty of shops and things to do. To where you really didn’t have to drive. Only thing I have to say I wish they had was some bacon on the breakfast menu and more toppings for waffles would have been better. But still...

"Can’t find one complaint. This hotel is gorgeous, rooms are very well laid out, have everything you could need. All of the essentials and then some. Immediately when I walked in I was met with the warmest reception. Tall guy at the desk, I hate I don’t remember his name- set the stay off right. Will only stay here when I’m in Charlotte!!"

"Nice hotel in great area. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I just wish they had free coffee in the lobby. They had coffee in the room, but a pain to have to make a cup."

"Stayed for overnight to make going to an early business meeting easier. Excellent front desk service, an incredibly comfortable bed with lots of pillows, and a shower with great pressure. Free parking that was easy and convenient was a bonus. I chose to try the on-site restaurant due to time/weather; limited options, but excellent service and tasty meal. Highly recommend, and I know I will return again. "

"Booked a room there for an eye procedure I had done in charlotte, and was required to stay the night locally, for an early morning followup. I live out of town so we booked this hotel. The room was incredible, with great blackout curtains to keep the room dark, it was quiet so I could rest, and all amenities were great! This was the perfect hotel choice for the circumstances I needed! "

"This is a beautiful property! The neighborhood and grounds are gorgeous, and the location is an easy drive to the city, shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, except for breakfast (included). It's a full breakfast menu, the 'breakfast room' is beautiful, and the wait staff was terrific. We had breakfast both mornings during our stay - the first was very good, the second was not...

"Clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet and dinner was very good, all at no extra charge. Convenient to the near highway."
