"The entire property was clean and staff was professional."

"The room was pretty clean but the floor in the bathroom was pretty gross. Looks like it hasn’t been mopped in a long time along the walls. The water took forever to get warm but never got hot. There was also a booger filled tissue in the drawer in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly. They did not have a hot tub. My kids liked breakfast though."

"I was clean. The staff was very helpful on check-in and check out. Breakfast was nice. Pool was wonderful as well as the hot tub. Parking was convenient. I think we will stay here again."

"The room did not remotely resemble any of the pictures on Expedia. The bathroom didn’t have any counter space. The water in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold, no in between. I almost hurt myself getting out of the shower because of the step down. The mini fridge and microwave were an afterthought stacked on top of each other against the wall. All the floors were grimy. The elevator was rickety. It wasn’t a cheap room. Unacceptable. If we needed more than one night I would have...

"Moving and driving a large box truck with a car trailer. Used space on the street to park the truck and trailer. Quiet location, should have bought diesel in Cheyenne. Bad roads in Colorado gave me a beating before arriving in Wyoming."

"The staff were excellent. The place was clean. I was disappointed in the continental breakfast. My family went there around 9:15 AM and it closes at 11 and there was barely any hot food left. It might’ve just been bad timing. Also, the coffee was not maintained so it was empty. All of the staff were absolutely awesome however and very helpful! I would definitely stay here again."
