"The front desk staff was polite and super friendly HOWEVER we only had one pillow on the bed and 2 towels. When we asked for more towels we were told they couldn’t get us any. 2 towels for 4 people. Outlets were broken, tv didn’t work properly, tiles missing from bathroom, and the tub didn’t work. We made do, but would not recommend staying here. "

"The staff were amazing! The rooms were very nice and clean. Modern and updated. Bathroom was clean. I felt refreshed waking up after being on the road all day. They had laundry on the fifth floor to wash some clothes. Checked out in the morning and again the staff was very nice and accommodating. Would certainly stay here again. "
