"Initially our room was situated between a highway and a major road. It was extremely loud. We requested that we be moved and the staff were very accommodating. However, we were moved into a room that had apparently just been steam cleaned. The scent of the soap used which I assume is a pet odor reducing shampoo was nauseating and we had to keep the door open as much as possible the first two days. The carpet was soaked and maintenance had to bring us a high powered fan to assist in drying it....

"My room did not get cleaned properly. The bathroom did not clean prior to my check-in. The toilet still has someone fetish inside. Terrible and not very sanitize "

"I booked a room and then got double charged once I checked in. Rooms are very basic, nothing special.. probably wouldn’t return unless they lower their prices.."

"Awful. Rundown, dirty. The first room they sent us to was not ready yet, but you could see how dirty the mattress was. The property feels partially abandoned. They put us in a second room that was right by the pool. It was cleaner, but betting worn out with holes. Slept with the bathroom light on. We were supposed to stay for three nights. "The hotel was very inside. The room smelled so it’s not smoking like fishing smell and I stay two hours and check out it must refund my money. I don’t like it, but they’re not accept to refund the money."

"No fridges or microwave unless you pay for an upgraded room which is about 20$ extra per night. Beds were so uncomfortable and likely needed to be replaced. Staff was fine. "

"Went to a concert and made arrangements for an uber ride and a stay to play it safe. Place was ghetto, room was dirty refrigerator made a loud sound from time to time and there was no way we were going to sleep well. Talked to the front desk and told him about the situation and was asking for a refund or partial refund and he said he would talk to his manager. We left and drove home to get decent sleep. Later on that night spoke with him and i was informed that i was not going to get a refund...

"Room is spacious and clean. Don’t count on the sofa bed, it is very uncomfortable. It’s a plus having a kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher and microwave. But there is not a stove. Good value in my opinion. I checked in at around 5pm, there were no one at the front desk for a good 10 mins. I waited until a maintenance person pass by to ask if I was helped. He called to have someone over but still took another 5 mins for someone to show up. Overall, I would stay here again."
