"The room looks clean at first glance, but if you pay attention to details you'll see. These are the flaws we encounter; there's pubic hairs hanging near the ceiling in the shower (room121), tub and sink drains so slow, towels have gross stains that you will feel hesitant to use (though they change it everyday all of them almost have stains), bathroom door jamb is peeling and rusty, stain on the bed sheet, no smoking rooms but you can smell smoke (weed) on the hallway. "The staff were all great. We took the shuttle to the airport at 4 am. Unfortunately my sister’s cell phone fell out of her pocket in the back seat. She didn’t realize it until the driver pulled away. We called the hotel and explained our dilemma! The receptionist called our driver and he immediately turned around, and gave my sister her phone! Amen and God bless the staff at the hotel"
