Safety: Use equipment at your own risk. Children under 18 not allowed.

Use the projector with Android TV, Netflix, Prime Video.
The cinema room doubles as a bedroom with full bedding.

Shower before use, no glass near the hot tub, and no jumping.

✤ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, we ask to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations.

✤ SUPPLIES
We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days.

✤ CAMERA
Our Security company has exterior cameras for monitoring the property.
One at doorbell, one at the backyard, and one in carport

✤ LONGTERM STAYS
For stays of 30 days or more, bi-weekly cleaning is required to keep the property clean and well-maintained. Cleaning schedules will be arranged in advance, and the cost will be $230/cleaning.

ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY
Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late requests. In such instances, we can only offer a refund of 50% of the original amount.
