Situado directamente en el Golfo de M������������������������xico en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa, Summer Place ha convertido rápidamente en un destino favorito de la familia. Disfrute de las dos piscinas exteriores (una de ellas climatizada en temporada), jacuzzi, servicio de playa de temporada y gimnasio bien equipado durante sus vacaciones familiares en la playa. Con el Golfo de México las aguas a la vista, sólo tiene que salir a las hermosas playas de arena blanca de Okaloosa Island y disfrutar de lo mejor que la Costa Esmeralda tiene para ofrecer. Wonderful

This was our first trip to Okaloosa Island, and staying at summer Place we absolutely had the most wonderful time. It is such a beautiful area so clean very family oriented. We are looking to look for dates to book with Summerplace next summer and excellent experience.

Awesome place and location! Loved all of the amenities, especially loved that the beach chairs and umbrellas are included. Doesn’t get any better than this. Can’t wait to stay here again in a few months and the following years to come.

Beach Chair Setup

Condo is fine but you have to be at the beach and stand in line at 8am every morning to get your chair setup for the day. Especially if you want front row. Chair setup guys are also very rude. Very annoying especially when you’re on vacation and wanting to sleep in some. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Beach

Check in was super easy and we even got in a couple hours early. There was plenty of dishes and towels. The bed was comfortable, except the sheets were awful. They were old with little ball pillled up. That made them scratchy which hurts with a sunburn. We loved the bedroom situation, with 2 beds and bunk beds, so there was plenty of space! The couch was disgusting. It needs to be replaced. The dryer knob was missing and we just used pliers to turn it on. I did email so it would be fixed for the next guests. The property sent someone to fix it right away, which we weren't expecting. Contact with property manager was always quick and easy. Overall we would come back and had a fantastic time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony ocean views were great. Lots of space. Condo had everything we needed. Did not like there was a pair of shorts and underwear in the room with the twin beds, like it was never cleaned. Did not like the garbage smell coming from the pantry where the trash can was. Could use a dusting also. Really hated there were four homeless young adults, who you can clearly see just finished shooting up with sores all over their bodies, smelled really bad, have such easy access getting into the property and getting in the pool area into the pool as if they took a bath and left. Us and several others got out the pool and left the pool area.

Comfortable Condo with fantastic view of Pool and ocean

Everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing I would mention is that the bathrooms are not easy for older handicapped people - no walk-in shower. Short easy walk to ocean. No wait for Elevators. This was my 2nd visit there and I would definitely go again.

Great location ,

The condo was great and great location . It had everything you needed. I would only suggest some plastic (little kid friendly)cups. There was only glassware. The property manager company was onsite when we arrived, which was a huge plus because we didn’t receive our access code to the condo as they said we would by 4. They were having technical issues. It all worked out since they were onsite . I would definitely stay there again.

Good times

The property was great ,never had to wait on the elevators .even though fort Walton was absolutely packed . The beach was beautiful everything was great with the exception of the traffic and the waiting at the restaurant but that’s normal I suppose
