Oceanfront 2 Bedrm, 2 Bath, Perfect for Two Couples, Small Families!


This 3rd floor unit is located directly on the beach at the Island Princess Resort on Okaloosa Island. With stunning views from the balcony, you'll never want to leave!

The non-smoking, pet free, two bedroom unit was beautifully renovated with granite countertops, stainless appliances, new kitchen cabinets, fully equipped kitchen, coastal furnishings, and plantation shutters in the bedrooms. There is also a custom shower in the master bath and tub/shower combination the second bathroom.

The cheerful master bedroom has direct oceanfront views with a king bed, bedroom two has another king bed AND there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are TV's in every room including a 48" flat screen Smart TV and DVD players for the kids to watch movies. Basic cable service is provided.

For your convenience, we provide starter supplies of the following:
Trash Bags, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, dish soap.

There is hassle free check in, (by way of keyless door code), complimentary assigned covered parking, free wireless internet, ring doorbell for emergency maintenance calls and deliveries, cable tv, free seasonal beach service. (Includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella per unit), pool and hot tub.

Island Princess is close to many excellent restaurants, a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to Destin!

We do not rent to persons under 25, unless accompanied by parent.

This condo was a clean, beautifully decorated gem with an absolutely stunning view that our family of four loved. Even though the pool area is on the smaller side and stayed busy, the kids had a blast, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This condo is beautifully decorated and accurately advertised. The area had road construction occuring which unfortunately hurt the overall esthetic traveling from the condo to restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is definitely a 10/10 with beautiful views, but we were somewhat disappointed with the overall area.

Beautiful and so clean! You will not be disappointed, convenient location and an overall amazing condo! They provide a beach umbrella and two chairs every day which is so wonderful, so many good places to eat and close to everything! But this condo is so clean and cozy! Loved our vacation here!

This wonderful property is more beautiful in person than in the pictures! The view of the beach and ocean were just as amazing! The property manager is very attentive to any questions we had and made sure everything was to our liking...and it absolutely was!Book this property, you won't regret it! Fall Break 2024

The condo is exactly as it looked in the online photos and description. Very clean, well stocked with linens, paper supplies, beach toys, and plenty of kitchen items. Beds are comfortable with beautiful decor throughout the condo. There are plenty of drawers and closet space to store clothing and travel supplies. Beach setup was a breeze and close to the boardwalk. The pool and hot tub were clean and open during our entire stay. Parking was great with fast elevator access for upper floors.

Beachfront stay.

Our stay was amazing. The unit was very clean and kept up well. The owners communication was great. Check in and out process very easy. I took a card and will stay in this unit again the next time I come. Highly recommend this unit if your coming to the area.
