"Super helpful and polite front desk - helped us get cabs, took care of us when the bed was too high for my elderly and short mother to climb into. Beautiful room, very comfortable - even the sofa bed. Separate climate control for sitting and sleeping rooms. Huge windows but effective light blocking shades. "Loved the fact the location was close to historic tours, Quincy market, restaurants and shopping. Valet parking and ease of pulling up to check-in was great. There was some noise while sleeping from traffic and perhaps A/C. Toilets in rooms are not sound proof, but shower pressure was ideal. Staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Coffee shop in lobby was delicious. My only complaint was womens toilet in lobby had 2 out of 4 toilets that were full of feces and paper...

"The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel with everything a person needs in a city! The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, the staff is great and the food amazing. What more could you want. Oh...there is a car to drive you to dinner or somewhere in the city if you need a ride!"

"Nice hotel close to many of the great places to visit while in Boston North end. They were able to let us checkin early which was appreciated. The room view wasn’t great as it overlooked the roof but it was a quiet room with no traffic noise. Wish there was more laundry machines as had to keep checking if machine was available. "
