When you arrive at Jack Island, you will find a beautiful private residence tucked beneath stately palm trees. These accommodation offer views of the peaceful Indian River as well as steps away to access Jack Island State Park. Jack Island Preserve Park is has 4 sq miles of mountain biking, walking and hiking in a natural preserve. If you want to take a swim in the Atlantic ocean it is a 5 min walk. Bring your boat and experience the Indian River lagoon with direct access to the ocean and all that it has to offer. I5 min drive to downtown Vero beach shopping and downtown restaurants. If you are looking for a private oasis for just yourself or with your family and friends this is the place.

House was great for a larger group! Lots of space, very clean. Libby was super responsive. Very convenient with the pool in the back and the beach/playground right down the street, especially if staying with younger children. Fun added amenities (like the golf cart) you can add if you so choose! Would stay again!

Simply Amazing

This home is absolutely amazing. I've traveled half the globe and this home, the owner, the location and the service left me awestruck. The home is nestled on a side straight just about 2 mins drive from the beach. We probably saw 2 cars go down our road the entire 5 days we were there. The beach wasn't crowded at all. Plenty of free parking, and had life guards on duty during the day. The beach was beautiful. Clear water and white sand. Back to the home, what a home. As we walked in the front door we were greeted with vaulted ceilings, a large dinning room and two large living areas that both had access to the indoor pool and hot tube. The master suite is large w/ pool access. It boasts a king bed, a chair, wardrobe & dresser. Stand alone shower that's big enough for 2 or 3 w/ dual shower heads. Large jetted tube prefect for 2. Plus a tv and wireless phone chargers. 2 of the other 4 bdrms were attached by a Jack and Jill bath that also had a jetted tube. The other two bdrms share a hall bath that also has a jetted tube. The pool has it's own half bath with plenty of towels for the pool. Also on the back patio has a shower for getting that beach sand off. The patio itself is remarkable. Plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Also it's equipped with a mosquito repellant system. The views of the river are peaceful. Having a washer and dryer in the home was great. Every room has a TV. This home is perfect. We look forward to returning.

Like having your own personal resort!

My family of 9 were there for 6 nights over Memorial Day weekend. My father was a Navy SEAL and his cremains were swum out from the UDT SEAL museum beach (15 min. walk from the house). The house is beautiful! So much open space in the house and still plenty of seating in the living rooms and eating areas. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking as well as a propane grill on the patio. The patio also had plenty of seating and the automatic mosquito fogger was something I have never seen before. We spent every evening out there by the water and no one complained about "gettin eat up". The pool was the best part! In a screened in Florida room, the grandkids lived in it! Lots of little things, like the beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers, made trips to the beach (a ten minute walk away) so much more enjoyable and stress free. It was the first time my children and grandchildren have been all together in 5 years! We were able to just reunite, enjoy the time together and honor my father. Thank you so much Libby for allowing us to stay in your home! -Stacey

Great House

We liked the house, it was exactly as listed. spacious and well stocked with items you might need while staying. It sounds like the property owners are making upgrades regularly. Unfortunately the fitness room was not able to be completed but the pool and hot tub were very nice! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. And Jack Island was a nice place to walk/run. Every time we messaged the owner she responded very quickly, even on a holiday.

5 stars all the way except the pool guy was a rude to my 80 year old aunt, totally unnecessary. Other than that I would totally recommend this destination for families. So much to do!

Fabulous house!!

We stayed at this property Spring Break. I can not say enough great things! The house is absolutely beautiful. The area is so peaceful. The beach is great and not overcrowded. Communication with the owner was great as well. We had a wonderful trip!

Wonderful for families

This home was perfect for our family gathering. It is much larger than the photos show and provided everything we needed. Covered pool area was perfect for the hot summer weather. The canal was great for fishing. The beach is a very short distance and is beautiful.
