Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom 2 bathroom Fort Pierce retreat. This enjoyable new house boasts a tremendous living room with Smart TV's in every room, and 2 murphy beds, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The quaint bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed. With 2 bathrooms, complete with a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower, getting ready in the morning will be a breeze. Other features include AC, Six Person hot tub in the patio area for the relaxation. a washing and drying machine, heating, iron, and WiFi. Located east of Federal Hwy, close to beaches, restaurants, and major shopping. We think our place will help you experience everything Fort Pierce has to offer. We love pets! Charge is $150 per pet per stay. We can provide a cage on request.

Dave and Bruno were fantastic at communicating. While there wasn’t a guest book with house info in it to look through when we got there, they left their phone numbers so we could contact them with any questions. They responded in short notice. The house was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was just right. The location of the house to restaurants, groceries, and beaches was really convenient. The location to popular cities like West Palm Beach and Cocoa Beach was convenient enough. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean and as represented in the pictures. Hot tub was great. Communication was easy. Coffee being supplied was a nice touch.Bed linens and pillows were average. Beds only had a bottom and top sheet (that wasnt even tucked in). Two regular size pillows for king bed and were hard. Other blankets were available but just felt not pulled together.Smart tvs are great but have to bring your own subscription services with you to get live tv. Not a deal breaker but also not clear in listing.Front door has hinges on the outside. While we were not too worried about it, someone could access the home with door hung this way.Location was good. Neighborhood is older but quiet and safe.

20 minutes from beach & baseball

We went down for Spring Training baseball wanted a place that was convenient to Clover Park, Golf, beaches and a variety of restaurants. We did have a sugar ant problem but the owner got his pest control company out within 24 hours to spray. The owner was quick to respond with our questions which is always nice to see.

Sports weekend lodging

The overall experience in the property was fantastic. Nightly pricing was significantly cheaper than that of hotels in the area with much more space, flexibility and the ability to save on dining with a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill provided. There was ample space for my group of 4 adults and 2 children. Check-in and communication with the owner/manager was simple through the app, and the response time to questions was quick and timely. This was our first time staying in a home that was also actively listed on the market "For Sale," but there were no issues surrounding the home sale.There were a few minor inconveniences upon arrival. Pillow cases still had smell of someone else's cologne and there were mildew spots on a few pillow cases as well. Extra pillow cases were located and clean to swap out. Beach day clean up of surfboards/beach equipment was not possible due to lack of outdoor hose. All-in-all it was a successful weekend. The positives of the stay definitely outweighed any of the minor inconveniences. We would use this property again if we're ever in the area.

Perfect Location Near Family

Three of us stayed in this home. It was nearly new and very clean. Owners made the process of entry easy(even though we arrive at midnight). There were some small things we needed but the owners were very responsive when contacted. Would stay again.

The house was clean, well organized and in a neighborhood full of families and fellow dog lovers. Everyone we met while walking our dog was pleasant and very welcoming.

We came to support our son at a special event. We reported 3 people and a dog not knowing our son would be able to come and stay with us. Later our son, his girlfriend and our niece joined us. We stayed 2 nights. We did not leave a mess, took out the trash and were respectful guests. We got a bill for $300 additional fee charging us $100 per extra person. We had a total of 6 people and the house is advertised to sleep 8. Had we known when we made the reservation our son and niece and friend were going to be able to join us, we would’ve disclosed that. When asked to respectfully waive the additional $300, the owner refused.

Non-pleasure Trip - Family Emergency

The home was perfect for our needs since we were here for a family emergency. We need a place that provided space, convenience, and in a quiet neighborhood. This met all of those needs. We were able to book this quickly and the host was quick to respond to our needs. A couple of amenities were missing when we first arrived but Dave had them to us within hours of our request. We would definitely stay here again.
