As you step into the house you are greeted with a spacious open floor plan living and dining room filled with natural light and high ceilings.
Relax into the soft leather chaise lounge and catch up on your favorite TV shows and movies on the big screen wall mounted 65 Inch 4K ROKU TV.

Off the lounge is the large chef’s kitchen with sleek granite countertops and state of the art appliances. There is a dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, a stove, oven, microwave and all the dishes and utensils you could need. Take advantage of the complimentary coffee along with a selection of pantry items to get you started.

Enjoy your meals in the elegant dining space or head outside onto the balcony and eat alfresco style while overlooking the canal below.

Off the main living area you will find the grand master bedroom with a large luxurious king bed with soft hotel quality fitted linen. There is a separate sitting area with a plush loveseat sofa as well as access to the balcony via huge glass sliding doors.

The master bath will impress with its granite his and hers vanity, an irresistible soaking tub and an oversize walk-in shower that will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

The second bedroom offers guests plenty of storage with a walk-in closet and dresser. There is a TV which is perfect for a movie night in.Off the bedroom is the lavish ensuite with a large shower and a vanity stocked full of all the essentials.

The third bedroom overlooks the canal and also features its own TV as well as a large queen bed and yet another lavishly appointed ensuite with soft fluffy towels for each guest.

The living room sectional sofa contains a queen size sleeper bed. Also available is a full size air mattress that is available to you if you have a larger group. Guests also have full use of the washing machine and dryer along with a starter complimentary washing detergent.

Make your way downstairs to the sparkling heated pool where you can relax the day away on the sun lounger while you keep a look out for dolphins and other wildlife passing by. Then, take a short walk to the white sandy beaches or try out paddle boarding with two boards provided for guest use.

At the end of the day head out to the balcony with a glass or two of wine and watch the canal light up as you relax and unwind with your friends and family while visiting the beautiful Fort Myers Beach.

Fort Myers Beach is a picturesque seven-mile-long barrier island bordered by a beautiful wide sloping beach with soft powdery sand.

If you love to have fun on the water, then Fort Myers is the place to be with parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding (2 boards provided for guests), fishing charters and dolphin eco tours available just to name a few.

There is a great grocery store just a 5-minute drive up the road as well as a small beach shop and a convenient store just a short walk from the house.
Fort Myers really has it all and is the perfect destination for your next relaxing getaway!

The best way to get around Fort Myers Beach is by car or bike.
If you don’t have a car there is public transport close by with the Beach Trolley, the Summerlin Square Park and Ride shuttle, and the Bonita Springs Trolley running seven days a week throughout the day.
To fully explore the area, you can also rent a bike, scooter or golf cart for a fun way to get around.
You can also use a taxi service on land or on water, or a ride share company like Uber which operates at all times of the day/night.
