The amazing property is surrounded by the 57 acre Matanzas Nature Preserve located within walking distance! The Matanzas Nature Preserve offers you numerous trails and bicycle trails lead to the bay, and also you can bring and unload


Shopping, restaurants, the library, marinas, food stores, and other conveniences are all located nearby. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood of beautiful single-family homes.

Great stay again

This was the second time I stayed at this property and it was just as greta as the first. Super quiet neighborhood, great pool, walking distance to the beach.

Perfect Getaway Spot

Beautiful, well maintained property in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that is only a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying here, park the car and walk or bike everywhere. Getting around FMB can be a nightmare with only one road to use. The home had everything we needed and I would seek Nature View out next time I come to FMB! Pool was very nice but waaay too cold to use in March.

Cozy beach stay!

The check in and rental process was so easy. The beach/downtown fort myers was only a 20 Minute walk with awesome beach view restaurants and stores. Glad to see the area is coming back together after hurricane ian!

Some issues

1. We found a very strong musty / damp moldy smell predominantly in the living room. 2. The AC in the living room simply didn't cool! While the one in the bedroom (thankfully) was functional. 3. The shower hardware was very loosely attached to the shower wall. We were afraid it would fall off and flood the place.
