Lovely well appointed home

Manatee Hideaway was an outstanding property, and perfectly suited for an extended family gathering. We had 2 families with children ranging from 5 to 17. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The home was exceptionally designed with multiple washer/dryers, multiple dishwashers, and en-suites for every bedroom. Beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. I also loved that most bedrooms even had noise machines for restful sleeping. We loved the pool, hot tub, and Sonos sound system - all easy to use and very enjoyable during the stay. The island itself is still in full re-build mode, so there was construction going on all around us, but that was to be expected.

Wonderful House

Everything was great. Beautiful pool and spa. Lots of appliances and cooking aids. Will be coming back again.

Amazing house

Great property for large families. Major plus with new bathroom downstairs. Packed with all beach supplies needed. Everyone loved the pool & hot tub. Property management quickly responded to all needs

Expectations exceeded

Great family place-pool and beach wonderful. Super convenient location to beach & grocery. Restaurant not so much by foot but close drive. Traffic beyond crazy rental management very responsive. Downstairs bathroom location not great -one in suite bathroom for three bedrooms pluses far outweigh negatives -would love to rebook but not available fir our dates in 2022

Booking was misleading

We shared this home with 5 other couples for two weeks. After we arrived we learned that there were only 4 baths. The VRBO listing showed 5 and when I talked to the property manager about this he said it was a rounding issue with the VRBO web site. This was a complete disappointment. Because of the way the house was laid out 3 couples had to share one small bathroom on the lower level. The dishwasher was also broken the first week so we had to wash dishes (for 12 people by hand for a full week.)
