"Went for a Army Graduation at Ft. Moore. After a 16 hour drive and we had finally got to the Hotel late at 1am I was exhausted. Once we arrived Nikki was Extremely helpful and super nice. Best customer service I've ever experienced and was quick about getting us checked in and into our room. OMG the Bed was Super comfortable to the point I didn't want to leave lol. Great Breakfast. Great Neighborhood also. If i could I'd leave 1Million star review. Definitely will be back in the future."

"TV wasn't working called they answered and sent someone up and fixed the issue. Second issue day two of four the body Soap in the shower was empty and didn't get refilled. Called the Office didn't answer phone but left a message to have that done but it got missed and wasn't done. Overall stay was great noise was minimal, pool was nice the linens were cleaned and replaced towels as well. "

"This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I would stay there every time! The staff is so gracious and lovely, the rooms are clean and so comfortable, and it’s a perfect location to walk to downtown which is quaint and filled with wonderful eateries!"

"The lady at the counter was very nice and cordial. I was on a motorcycle and she gave me a room where I could be close to the bike. The room was good, only flaw was the curtain rod in the shower, which was partially broken and wouldn’t close properly other than that it was a very good money value. "

"We had such a great time!!! All the staff made us feel right at home. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel welcomed (Mercedes, the valet staff, the bartender on the rooftop bar, security at the upstairs bar on Friday night, and the lady that checked us in) they all provided outstanding customer service.
