King bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a queen bedroom with hall bathroom. Large kitchen with ample storage. Amazing on site amenities include an outdoor, seasonal pool and 24 hour access gym. Washer/Dryer are in unit as well as a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.



One king bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, another queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom with hallway access as well. Dining for up to 4 people at the table (additional 2 dining spaces at countertop). All new bakeware, stainless steel cookware. Ground level makes easy access for this conveniently located Fort Mill apartment.



Guests will be sent a key code to the smart lock 3 days prior to check in, once the rental agreement and security deposit hold are complete.

In order to stay in this apartment complex and use its amenities, Arbors at Fort Mill requires completing a background check and its verification process. We need to allow at least two business days for this. If bringing your pet, it must be approved with a copy of their vet records, picture, and $200 non refundable pet fee. *Per the South Carolina Vacation Rental Act (S.C. Code Title 27, Chapter 50), a signed vacation rental agreement is required for every stay.
