We are nestled in a quiet neighborhood with fast access to FLL airport, freeways, downtown Fort Lauderdale with tons of restaurants and night life, malls, coffee shops, grocery shops and of course, minutes from the gorgeous Florida beach!

I booked this cottage for my birthday trip, but it was far from what I had imagined. The inside looked nothing like the picture online. The place was rundown and dirty, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The sofa was covered in stains, so we couldn’t even sit on it. I tried to find another place to stay, but unfortunately, there weren’t any other options nearby.The cottage lacked basic supplies like trash bags and toilet paper. The gutter outside was hanging down, and all the walls inside were dirty with smudges. The floor was also not clean. To top it off, one of the air vents in a bedroom had mold all around it.The host were responsive, ahead of time. However, there was no point in even communicating after I got there as place was so trashy, and I didn’t want to create a problem and wind up with no were to stayI strongly advise against staying at this cottage.

Don’t think we would stay again, had a stink to it and we saw the cleaning crew clean before we came in, friend cut his foot on the shower, the sheets in one bedroom had stains, overall dirty, hairs all over, overpriced for one night, someone came into the unit without warning and left door unlocked apparently to fix wifi without telling us.

It was satisfactory, the bathroom was fine and very clean. The kitchen countertops should be refurbished and, though we did not use the stove, the stove top needed to be cleaned. There was a cockroach climbing the wall, but it is Florida and bugs happen so that qas not a real problem

⸻I’ve stayed here before about a year and a half ago, and overall, the location is spot on. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with the added bonus of free parking. The beds are very comfortable and clean, and I really appreciated the convenience of having an icemaker. The air conditioner also works very well—strong and cold.The host was very responsive when I noticed a couple of things that needed to be fixed, which I really appreciated.On the other hand, the cleanliness of the common areas could be improved. The property feels a little rundown, and updating the furnishings inside and on the patio would make a big difference.If you’re not looking for all the bells and whistles and simply need a comfortable place to rest your head for the night, this spot is suitable.

Great location! Walkable to all the fun things to do on Wilton Drive. Hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond. Neat and clean accommodation with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Would definitely recommend and plan on booking again on our next outing to Wilton Manors!

Perfect location! Literally 5 minute walk to all the hot spots on the main drag. Clean and comfortable! Loved the beds!I loved the fact that the hosts were readily accessible to answer all questions promptly. I would strongly recommend this to anyone wanting to spend time in beautiful Wilton Manors. Nice Stay Close to Everything

The cottage was very nice. It is 2 BRs with 1 bath. The shower is nice and updated. The appliances are modern and in good condition. A/C was in good working order, and the washer and dryer on the side of the unit is a useful feature. We had no problems, and the host was great about communication. We would stay again, and we recommend for a good value for the money, close to everything in Wilton Manors.

Great location but could use a refresh

The location of this property is great. Very convenient to Wilton Drive and spots to go out. However, it is a bit worn and could benefit from a refresh (broken cabinet hinges, flat pillows, etc.). If youre going to be out at the beach and bars, this is a fine spot. If youre looking for a retreat to hang out at? This might not be the place for you.Overall, its fine but not 10/10 as many reviews state.
