Beautiful PRIVATE waterfront condo located 1 block from the beach! Enjoy intercostal views from the unit, located on the 1st floor. Minutes to shopping, and restaurants. 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 40 minutes to Miami. Pack n play, highchair, beach chairs, beach toys, and towels included. The minimum age to book is 25. No parties.

The Space
This space is perfect for families, groups of friends traveling together, or couples. Our street dead-ends into the beach and hotel area. Public beach access is only 1 block away! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep 8 adults or children, plus a pack n play for a baby! There are a pull-out couch and murphy bed in the living room in addition to a queen-size bed in each bedroom. The Master bedroom includes a queen bed, full bath, and smart tv.

The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, smart tv, pack n play, and a full bath is located just outside this bedroom. For families with small children: in addition to the pack n play, we have a highchair, toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books with crayons to help make our littlest guest more comfortable. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat screen. Along with a queen size murphy bed, with its own smart tv and privacy screen.

In the kitchen, you will find every you need to make a gourmet meal, or you may cook-out on the private deck with our grill. There is grocery delivery available and some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our private deck and balcony all with a comfortable seating area.

We never met our host. It was a nice place to stay but a long walk to restaurants as well as the beach. We could sit out on the back deck and look at the channel or Canal, but couldn’t actually get on the beach to play. The hot water wasn’t very hot and we had a bracket that fell off the wall when we were trying to hang up the towel other than that, it’s a nice place.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all that you would need to prepare meals and clean up after. The bedrooms were laid out beautifully with nice bedding, extra blankets, extra pillows and throw blankets. I really appreciated the bottled water that was left for us. We enjoyed using the beach chairs that were in the closet for our time at the beach. My husband and I greatly enjoyed sitting outside on the swing by the canal, drinking coffee each morning with the occasional visit of the seabirds and a bright green iguana. I recommend this home for anyone looking for a clean home, some peace and quiet and close proximity to the beach. Thanks for your hospitality. Judy

Intercoastal view

The location was good. A nice neighborhood and convenient to beach and shops. The backyard area was great for eating and relaxing and watching the boats. The inside was spacious with abundant sleeping spaces. Our main complaint was the lack of any thing to hold onto in the showers and no place to put soap or shampoo. The showers were a tad nervewracking, especially for us senior citizens.Also, the second bedroom could use a dresser. There's plenty of space for one.area was verynice with a place for eating and lots of relaxing seating.

We just needed one night before our cruise so glad we pick this one ! We had nothing but our bags for the cruise so when you wake up and they had some coffee pods it’s a home run stay for us ! Lol I’d stay here again before our cruise

Perfect!!!

We went to the Taylor Swift concert in Miami and when looking for accommodations close by I found this gem. Beautiful place and super clean. There were a lot of restaurants and shopping close by. Even the drive to the Hard Rock stadium wasn’t too far. Owners are very responsive. Highly recommend.A+

Loved this place

The house was cozy and inviting with a beachy feel to it. It was well equipped and extremely clean. I absolutely loved the view of the canal and enjoyed my morning coffee on the swing. I would love to stay here again!!

Fire your cleaning staff!

Location is quiet And that’s about it. This place was filthy dirty, Don’t even think about walking around barefoot, Hair on all the sheets and towels, like they don’t even change them. Several towels had stains, I went to use one of them that was black for makeup, had white stuff all over it when I went to use it. TVs barely work Due to the wrong remotes And dead batteries. The cabinets are SO sticky, The granite counter is literally broken right by the kitchen sink with big chunk just sitting in it, which could really cause an injury. The back door has the threshold sticking up just waiting for someone to get hurt. The other back door, the whole door knob fell off. Master bedroom has the worst bed, no window whatsoever so it feels like you’re in a dungeon. Air conditioning works, but makes the loudest noises clanking And gurgling. Needs updating horribly bad, and the updates that were ever done are definitely not professionally done, lots of paint where it doesn’t belong horrible cuts right in the middle of the trim, Old crappy Goodwill store furniture. And TO management, don’t reply saying you’ll address these issues… I read every review and every complaint and you’ve never addressed a single thing anyone has said, and the place is still absolutely dirty and nothing is fixed. Those pictures you see are deceiving and I wish I could post the real pictures of what this place actually looks like. I took several pictures of everything and I really wish I could post them!

Great spot!

We had a great vacation here! We felt welcomed upon arrival. The host provided some water and coffee to get us started. Very nice! We were close to many restaurants and the beach…very walkable. The house was as advertised and comfortable, the view was relaxing on the canal, and the neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs that were provided by the host. We enjoyed our stay and would come back here if in the area again!
