PARADISE BEACH VILLA

Welcome to our Paradise, to our newly renovated modern 1 bedroom Villa A in the beautiful Pompano Beach. This villa is less than a 4 minute walk to the Heart of the Gold Coast and steps away from the famous Pompano Pier. You will enjoy clear blue waters and fine golden sand set the stage for a wide variety of beach and water activities, from shipwreck scuba diving to boating to surfing. In walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach bars and playground. Make your vacation unforgettable.

This apartment has a separate entrance and is part of the duplex. The other 2 beds /2 baths unit is also rented, so if you travel with a larger group and might be interested in renting both units, please ask for availability. In this beautiful brand new Villa, you will have a full kitchen to cook meals and spend time with family and friends. Fully furnished living room with a large flat screen smart TV with high speed internet and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. In the living room you can find a sleeping sofa for your extra guest. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with a closet, an oversized full-length mirror, and a large flat screen smart TV. Sliding glass doors in the bedroom room open to the covered patio with a view. A private laundry with a new LG washer and dryer. Also, we provide beach gear including chairs, toys, and an umbrella available for guest use. There is free parking available for up to 2 small cars or 1 big car.

Backyard:
The shared areas include a beautiful backyard, a heated pool as well as the patio furniture and barbecue. Also, in our yard, you can enjoy the show of a very beautiful sunset with spectacular colors. You may also relax by our beautiful pool with a glass of wine. To heat the pool, we recommend asking in advance as it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to fully heat. The yard is fully turfed, and we have a few lawn chairs, perfect for relaxing or sunbathing.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE! (smoking on site will be subject to a $500 penalty and automatic removal from our apartment)
- NO PARTIES! ( please respect the neighborhood )
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM (no loud noise or music)!

Security:
Outdoor surveillance and security cameras are motion sensors and are always visible located to see the front doors and the backyard area. There is no surveillance system inside the property.

Guest access
Any visitors should be approved prior by the hostess. No overnight visitors allowed

Our property is also 20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL), 45 minutes from Miami International Airport (MIA), and 50 minutes from West Palm Beach International Airport (PBI).
The famous Las Olas – downtown Fort Lauderdale – is only 10 minutes away and boasts great restaurants, lots of live music and nightlife, as well as Lauderdale-by-the-Sea!

Beautiful place

Our stay at this small paradise house was absolutely perfect. The house itself was impeccably clean and charming with a beautiful pool. The fact that it was within walking distance to both the beach and restaurants made it even more convenient. The location truly couldn't have been better. The hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We're already looking forward to returning in the future, and it's hard to leave such a wonderful place. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Welcome to Paradise

Overall this property was good! The location was amazing and walking to the beach in under 2 mins is just perfect! The unit itself was newly renovated with a new washer and dryer! The outside back patio is beautiful it looks out onto the heated pool and hot tub! They provided towels and beach equipment in addition which was nice. The only "complaints" if any would be the following: The hot water handle in the bathroom is very specific and not just hot to the right and cold to the left but you need to move it slowly to locate the heat (which is almost in the half way mark but a little to the right). The hot tub was not always hot, for some reason when you wanted to go in the hot tub you would need to change it to Spa mode and then wait up to 30 mins for it to warm up to the hot tub temperature. When coming back from the beach or dinner, it would be nice to just go directly into a warm hot tub rather then have to sit and wait while it warms up. Last thing is the level of communication from the property manager, as in my opinion is a little excessive. We communicated with them at minimum, once a day, as they would reach out asking us or telling us something based off them seeing us in the cameras that were overlooking the pool and hot tub at all times. It made it feel like we were renting from a friends mom and were being watched at all times. Overall we would rent again if there was no other units in this area available that were the same distance from the beach.

Family friendly hosts, Lovely Home and Location

My husband and I stayed at this home for a week and from the time of booking and meeting the hosts the property was everything we were looking for. The home was very clean, had all the amenities you need from sitting by the pool to a short walk to the beach and downtown restaurants/shops. If you're looking for a getaway with your spouse or family we would highly recommend booking this little piece of paradise!
