Parks, casino, golf, marina, horse racing within walking/short driving distance. Walk to 2 restaurants within 2-7 min.Only 4 people are hosted for the posted price. Must book with correct number of guests. Guest is required to sign and return Lease within 24 hrs of booking (along with your ID), which cannot be altered with different number or names of guests without our permission. If Lease is not executed properly and timely we reserve the right to cancel reservations. We don't allow extra guests outside of Lease unless approved Each additional guest after 4 booked at an additional rate per night. Age to sign the Lease is 28 years old. All cancellations/alteration are executed via respective sites. Cleaning fee 450, refundable damage deposit $3000, no resort fees. No animals, violators are charged $700.00 cleaning/ deodorizing fee (due to others having severe allergies to animal hair) and asked to remove from the premises. No smoking: $1500 deodorizing/ozonizing fee for smoking inside will be charged. Quiet hours at all times are strictly enforced, parties are NOT permitted! Please provide information on your group and purpose of your stay. Once you have been approved, you will also have to provide a government issued ID for age and identity verification and your phone number must match the number on your Airbnb account. Same day reservations are not considered If property is left exceptionally dirty/stained, furniture rearranged, trash not taken out, foreign objects flashed in the toilet, an extra fees are assessed. We are private homeowners sharing our home with others and as so we do not offer hotel style services/ supplies. Sorry we don't have child safety items such as: stair guards, cribs, pack-n-play, high stool, strollers. No games, or video games provided. No pool on premises. We have outdoor surveillance on site.
