Staff very friendly and courteous. Room beds were comfortable and spacious and cleaned. Bathroom was large but in the shower the water was clogged, the toilet, vanity was dilapidated. The hotel needs some real upgrades the ice maker is in the second floor. There was some very interesting people playing loud music until 12 midnight and some working ladies that were offering night companionship in the parking lot.

Dirty room, when we complained the pillows was just flipped and sheets was tucked back in. Then when moved to another room, there was no fridge or microwave. Plus price was raise drastically for Valentine’s Day

I have stayed in la quenta inns many times before but this is the oldest one that I ever seen or stayed. This place never had a face left since it’s opened before year 2000. That’s how the place look alike. Exterior is not so bad but the interior. Everything is maybe there, but nothing is straight. A dresser that has a drawer does not close all the way and has some holes on top. There is no pictures on the wall but many picture hangers are there. And on and on. Maybe a little thing but it did not look like a room from La Quinta Inn. I felt I was betrayaled. The cockroaches walking around the table were the worst of all.

Yes it smells like smoke I was asked to sign a waiver that no one would be no smoking in the room but the room smell like smoke I was totally disgusted with the setup of the room and on top of that I lost $250 for the stay which I never stay one night and no one has reimbursed me YET at this point. And it's been 3 weeks it's a dump.👎👎👎

Dear Guest Services Team, I am writing to formally request a full refund to the original form of payment for our recent stay due to multiple unresolved issues that rendered the accommodations unacceptable. Please note that we do not have photographs of the conditions. We arrived late at night, were extremely fatigued, and were informed that a room change might be available the following day. Under those circumstances, we reasonably expected the situation to be corrected and did not anticipate the need to document the issues. Additionally, we spent most of our time outside the hotel visiting family and only returned late at night, further limiting our opportunity to take photos. On the first night, the room had a strong, abnormal odor consistent with mold or chemical fumes, possibly from stripped floors or freshly painted walls. The odor was overwhelming and made it difficult to sleep. Despite reporting this to the front desk, no alternate room was available that night. The room was also inadequately stocked for three guests, with insufficient towels and blankets, and requests for additional linens were not fulfilled promptly. The situation was compounded by a clogged sink, creating unsanitary and inconvenient conditions. On the second night, although we were moved to a different room, the odor issue persisted. The carpeting smelled strongly of dogs, cigarettes, and possibly mold, despite our request for a non-smoking room. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast adver

Room was disgusting. Mold on shower curtain, filthy, slippery shower. General poor condition all around. Temp set at 60. Curtain broken. Room reeked of bleach/ disinfectant. Stay was worth about 10 bucks. Replace the guy at the desk with someone who can speak. Check in online wasnt worth the time.

WE DID NOT STAY IN THE ROOM. It was unsanitary and had faulty electric that caused the lights to flash nonstop. We have been trying to obtain a refund for days. The hotel concierge told us to call Expedia and that once Expedia called they would have no problem refunding the room. We have called Expedia several times and have two open cases but for some reason there is no communication happening between Expedia and la Quinta. I have no idea which one of you is at fault but I’ll never be using either of your services again. You can keep your little in app credit. Give me my money back.

Large stains all over the walls, doors, and dirt/mold on the sconces

There was discarded trash from the previous guests on the floor when we entered the room. The room had not been cleaned.

The sheets were heavily stained on the duvet and there was a significant amount of hair and dirt on the inside of the sheets as well.

I booked a room thru Expedia for my son when my son arrived the hotel my card was charge again for the room meaning I was charged twice and on top of that my son was asked for another $100 deposit when I called the hotel to dispute the charges made to my card. There was no one at the front desk. I was told to speak to someone at the front desk. I have to call after 7 PM as they don’t have a life personnel, but before I was told that I had to call a total of three times and left on the phone for a total of 15 to 20 minutes each time horrible customer service

The hotel was dirty and very impersonal. When you walk in there is no greeting from anyone just a computer screen that you talk to. All the pictures online were old because it didn’t look like the picture. Lobby was dirty, and everything in the place was old. Now if you coming down to stay only one night and you will hardly be in the room then it’s okay. It was hard to get wash cloths and towels. They seriously need to think about renovations.

The room was disgusting, there is no complimentary breakfast(I'll be contacting Wyndham about where that particular LaQuinta's operating expenses are going), & they refused to give me proof of my exiting the hotel after one evening so they could continue to bill Expedia for my entire stay. This motel rents rooms to utility workers who are up at 6:30am shouting to each other across parking lots. Avoid at all costs. There's a reason it's the cheapest. You get what you pay for.

Very disgusting place. We checked out without staying there because it was so disgusting. We were greeted by a machine - and some zoom like call. The lobby was dirty and smelly - wall paper peeling off the wall after checking in on the machine , we get such gross feeling , can’t stay there. Cancel reservation right away.

The room floor was stained and gross, the bathroom wasn’t even swept, there was a dirty towel hanging behind the door in the room. The bed comforter was stained in multiple spots. The pillow had like a blood stain on it. The night stands had crumbs. The sheets were extremely itchy. Passed off as a nice place I. The photos but really gross building with what seemed to be a prostitution happening a couple doors down as multiple men went in and out of this ladies room in the span of 2 hours in the morning and she was talking loudly on the phone like she was telling customers where she was and I saw one dude roll up to her door with his hand in his pants. The closet had dust and dirt on it on the outside. Wasn’t even sure if the one towel was clean folded up there. But it was somewhere to sleep for the night nothing more. I would never go back I just feel like the advertising didn’t match the quality. All the doors had a ton of paint chips and it’s a maze to try and get around unless you take the outside stairs

Staff had no problems with, had a problem booking one extra night. But it took one of the most young man working night shift who over straighted , but be prepared. To try check on and work out any issue with a guy who knows where he's at kiosk, check-in through video..Because he has not went to classes yo learn English properly in the US. He says you're the one who can't be understood and very rude. Biggie there's no breakfast or bag breakfast to go. I went just get coffee, and you can look in the cup and see the bottom of the cup . Looks like tea , very weak tea at that. And I would be careful going out of you room after dark. If you stay yoi will .
