Stayed here for a bachelor trip and this was the perfect spot! Quiet neighborhood which matched what we were looking for. The pool was clean, bathrooms were clean, bedrooms were spacious, common areas were exactly what we were looking for. Would absolutely stay here again!

House was great for a family gathering. A large dining table, living room, and kitchen island. . The pool was well maintained and the under-cover patio allowed us to enjoy the evenings outside. You do need to drive to most services but some good restaurants for delivery. Would highly recommend

Great home away from home

If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Miami, look no further! The house was very clean, comfortable, and just overall nice. An addition to my stay the pool area was nice and relaxing. The host was very accommodating letting me extend my stay. Definitely 10/10 recommend

Sweet Stay

Such a nice home to share with us. Thank you. We had 6 adults and a 10 month old. There was a crib set up for us as well as a high chair. Dining table was amazing because it was large enough to play games on. Great sitting area outside (sun or shade were both available). The pool was great. There were even floats for the baby. The Hollywood Beach is a short drive away and not super crowded, which is also a plus. Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves vacationing in Fort Lauderdale again. Thanks for a great vacation.

Unclean, Unsafe, and Hostile — Worst Rental Experience

Certainly! Here's a polished, serious review capturing the tone you’re aiming for: --- **Serious Review:** I would not recommend this property. The overall condition of the home was disappointing. The air quality inside was poor—stale and musty throughout—and the house itself was not clean upon arrival. There were visible hairs scattered around the home, making it feel unsanitary from the start. The bathroom shower leaked heavily, causing water to spread across the floor and making it difficult to use safely. Additionally, the pool was dirty when we arrived and we had to specifically request for it to be cleaned—something that should have been handled well before any guest check-in. The surrounding area also felt unsafe, with neighbors that made it uncomfortable to stay in the home. The worst part of the experience came during checkout. The host became extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite my request for just 15 more minutes to finish packing, the host sent the cleaner directly into the house without knocking or ringing the bell. The cleaner *walked in on me while I was in the shower*. When I expressed my concern and repeated my request for a few more minutes, the host escalated the situation and **threatened to call the police**—a completely unnecessary and aggressive response. This was an awful experience overall. There are far better properties in better locations with professional hosts who know how to treat paying guests. I strongly advise looking

Property was clean, owner was responsive, but the pool wasn’t working and wasn’t heated when we stayed. If the pool is your main attraction to the property I would avoid. Otherwise it’s a nice property.

Beach and Pool get away

Everything went smoothly, house is as exactly as described. Just 15 minutes to the Beach. Toilets did have some issues but host Sam was on top of it. I would recommend for a large group or family.

Paradise

This was a phenomenal experience from the moment we checked in to leaving. We were visiting Hollywood beach before going on a cruise and it was the relaxation we needed. From the space, to the comfortable beds, the wonderful bathrooms and rain style showers. THE HEATED POOL! We can’t wait to visit again in the future, Sam’s place will be our go to!

My family stayed in this house before boarding a cruise the following day. There was plenty of room for all of us and plenty of room for the little ones to let out their pent-up energy from the long road trip here. Lovely home

The home was so clean and nice. Definitely gave good vibes and the ambiance was immaculate. The home looks just like the pictures and the lights in the pool at night made it worth everything! Sam is so nice and attentive. I really loved staying at this home.

VERY NICE GET AWAY

We were a small group that gathered for a birthday, as well as, a general get away. Only stayed for one night but the property was all that it was cut out to be and more. Super clean, super inviting and pleasant. House has a great lay-out. Host was super amicable and answered all questions we had prior to check-in. Check in and check out were smooth. Booked the house for its location literally in the middle of everything

20 minutes to downtown Miami 20 minutes to fort lorday We went for a Atlanta United game so the stadium was about a 15 minute drive. Hollywood beach is right down the street very nice and honestly better then other beach around no crowds at all

Fun spring break

Pool was well heated, kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils and most of what you need. We asked for extra towels and Sam sent those over same day. We had big screen TVs in most living spaces and bedrooms. Lots of chairs out in the pool area and some water toys for the kids to play. Hollywood Beach is very close to the house. Quiet neighborhood. Flat floor easy for elderly to walk and use walkers. We really enjoyed the stay! Thanks Sam!

Beautiful house!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. This house had everything we needed & Sam always responded right back. The pool was beautiful & the house was filled with plenty of games for anyone. This is the place you want when you go on vacation!
