HEATED POOL, HURRICANE PROOF WINDOWS AND DOORS, FULLY REMODELED, OPEN FLOOR PLAN, POOL, KAYAKS, OUTDOOR & INDOOR GAMES, PATIO FURNITURE, OCEAN ACCESS, PRIVATE ISLAND, 50 INCH FLAT SCREENS ALL ROOMS, 250 CHANNELS WITH ALL PREMIUM CHANNELS, 2 CAR GARAGE, BIKES, BEACH SUPPLIES, AND MUCH MORE.....Private island behind house you can dock a boat or paddleboard / kayak to. (No trailer or watercraft parking is allowed but we have free trailer parking close by. Boat dockage is available @ 50.00 per night & must be reserved one week ahead of time and communicated through vrbo). Very close walking distance to Deerfield Beach, Best view in Deerfield Beach to enjoy all the boat traffic to and from the ocean one of a kind, walk to the beach and dock your boat or jet ski with 100 ft waterfront in the back yard. Also enjoy the 2 parks within 100 feet of the back yard, both accessible by boat is Deerfield island park and Sullivan park featuring shaded playgrounds, colorful splash pad, picnic pavilion & free boat dock. Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood Great location, close to restaurants, stores and the Beach!Beds are very comfortable Plenty of Space inside and outdoorLoved watching the many beautiful boats pass by. Pool is great! Many Outdoor games, kayaks and many different seating areas. **Plastic pool chairs need to be replaced! Cracked and pinch you without a towel on them**pool towels also should be replaced very thin and faded!Host always returned texts promptly, although sometimes I got the impression I was bothering him with my questions! My suggestion is take the time to read entire booking and look at ALL the Photos provided! All information provided there!

The home was perfect for our group. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The kids, aged 8 to 11 fished from 7 am until bedtime, with ocassional dips in the heated pool. We hope the home is awailable the next time we visit the area.

Enjoyed my stay and had a wonderful time just sitting outside watching the boats and people going by. Lots to do. Wish there were kayaks for just one person. There should have been a yellow line outside on in the pool area to warn people there’s a step down. Especially for disabled people such as my self.

This house was perfect for my husband, myself and 4 older teenage kids! We took advantage of everything the property had to offer including the pool, grill, kayaks, fishing off the dock, walks through the neighborhood and more! The house was very clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive as well. So happy with our choice to stay here!

We loved this property! Bikes were wonderful for our teens to get to the beach. All of us loved the pool and the canal side views. Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants!

We had a wonderful time at this location. Not inexpensive, but you are paying for an outstanding view. A regular stream of boats come by, while looking across the waterway to one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of Boca Raton. The house is in Deerfield Beach, but just across the waterway is Boca Raton. The house itself was very good. Clean, with a good size swimming pool. Note that one of the full bathrooms is accessible only from the pool area outside. We actually liked that as it became the guest bathroom for the few visitors who stopped by. The master bedroom is a good size with sliders right out to the pool area. For those, like me, who prefer the shade, there is plenty of awning space outside to accomodate those who prefer to avoid the sun. A shuffleboard court is on the property and there are many accessories available in the garage from bikes to kayaks and more! The house is a good one, the view out back is outstanding! Two items of note: 1. This property is handled very much like a business. Felt they nickle and dime you as we had to pay an additional $200 when we asked if we could get in at 1pm rather than the 4pm check-in time. (Based on our flight time.) All comm. was through a home mgt rep. Got the entry code 14 minutes before 1pm. Cleaners showed 4 min. before check-out (they were such nice people!) 2. This is a very small community with some VERY nice houses. Did not feel welcome. I don't think they like that this home is used for VRBO.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My family and I have stayed here for the past 2 years and will without a doubt be back. The location is fantastic, the neighborhood is quiet and very close to everything. There is a grocery store right across the way, less than just 2 minutes…very convenient. Being right on the water left so much conversation as it was so fun watching all of the boats go by. The pool area is perfect, plenty of shade and sun. There is so much to do as well like the kayaking and bikes. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Contacting the host was always so easy and he is very kind. If you are considering staying here my recommendation would be to 100% do it! You will not regret it.

The house is in a stellar neighborhood and is well maintained. It’s for sale and will doubtless be sold, knocked and a replaced but is a gem of a short term rental until then! Scott, the dock could really use a little TLC but we enjoyed the time boating anyway. We’ll come back!!!!

This is an amazing spot. Great neighborhood and saltwater frontage. Generous amount of gear stocked in the garage which is not always the case at rentals. Super fishing spot! Easy access/entry to house and loved that some of the touches are “old Florida”….terrazzo, shuffleboard court, etc. Landlord is professional and courteous. Clear and sensible rules on trash, check-out, etc. for enjoyment of the successive guests.
