  • Summary:
    Beautifully remodeled 2- bedroom villa includes open kitchen, new appliances, spacious living and dining rooms, power reclining sofa, wifi and TV's in each room. Spacious master California King bedroom has private bath and direct exit to the jacuzzi in the private backyard. Second bedroom overlooks patio area with adjacent full bath. Third sleeping area has futon. Two private outdoor living areas have seating and large table for dining. Free parking right in front. Great Fort Lauderdale location.

    The Space:
    This is a beautifully remodeled, designer villa, completely renewed with plenty of room for relaxing both inside and out. It includes a large open kitchen complete with new appliances and everything you need to make your own meals. The dining and living room areas are also open and spacious as well with a power reclining sectional sofa, large tv and plenty of room for relaxing and family fun. Each room has its own tv, and all are Netflix ready. The spacious master bedroom with California King bed includes a luxurious private bath and walk-in closet and a direct exit to the hot tub. A second bedroom overlooks the front patio area, and has an adjacent luxurious bathroom with step-in shower. There is a third sleeping area with futon overlooking the back yard/garden area. There are two private outdoor living areas with plenty of seating and a generously sized table for sharing outdoor meals. The fenced-in back yard area features a lovely water garden view, a covered patio with hot tub and plenty of comfortable seating and tables for friends and family to enjoy.

    Guest Access:
    Guests will have access to the entire home with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, additional sleeping area, full kitchen, spacious dining room and living room area and private front and back patios.

    The Neighborhood:
    This newly remodeled gem is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood close enough to all the fun Fort Lauderdale has to offer including concerts, events and festivals year-round. It is just 15 minutes from the beach and Pompano Pier, 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach, 30 minutes from the Sawgrass Outlet Mall, and 10 minutes from Butterfly World. Fort Lauderdale Executive airport is just 10 minutes away and Fort Lauderdale International Airport is only 25 minutes away. The Famous Hard Rock Guitar Hotel is 30 minutes away, and Casino Harrahs is only 10 minutes away. The Hard Rock Stadium is less than an hour away. For soccer fans, DRV PNK Stadium is only 9 minutes away. Everglades Airboat rides are 40 minutes away. There are also many other local attractions including the Museum of Discovery and Science, the Bellagio Gallery, the Coral Springs Museum of Art, and the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum, classic car museums and so much more, and there are fun activities including charter boat fishing, luxury yacht rentals, parasailing, and scuba diving. Fort Lauderdale is also home to some of the best golf courses in south Florida.

This place was just as it looks in the photos, excellent space for family gathering, there is more than enough seating, and Karen is an excellent host, there is not alot of parking space, but Karen gave us 2 of her spaces, so that worked well. I will definitely rent this place again. Thank you Karen.

Fantastic Villa for a FL getaway!

My family and I enjoyed this villa so much! The inside looks newly renovated, and the front and back gated patios are perfect, especially if traveling with a small pet. Great location and quiet neighborhood. The host Karin was fantastic during check-in. She let us in early and we had the pleasure of meeting her. We will definitely be back again.

Nice weekend getaway

Amazing place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a little over two weeks (work trip). We absolutely loved our stay. The home is beautiful and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the home is really quiet- you can’t hear traffic or any other outside noises, and the backyard was great for our dogs and relaxing in after a long day! We definitely will be staying here again if we are in the area for work again.

This spacious home was perfect for our family vacation to southern Florida. It was well laid out for 2 couples (plus room for 1 more if needed). The kitchen was well equipment. The backyard area, with hot tub and visits from the 'friendly neighbourhood duck' was well utilized by our family.

A Relaxing Stay in the City

We enjoyed our stay at your Butterfly Vacation Villa. Check-in was a breeze. We were more than pleased with the accommodations. Lots of room for two couples. Beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffees each and every morning on the backyard patio, watching the butterflies. It was very helpful that there was an assortment of seasonings in the kitchen for us to use. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub every night of our stay. We believe it is meant for only two people but we managed to get three in each time. Just made it that much more cozy. The quietness of the neighbourhood was a plus. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for anyone considering a stay in the area.

Wonderful stay

Everything we needed to have our family get-together was available. In the kitchen we found everything we needed easily. The wi-fi password was put on display so we could easily connect. And every TV had a easy remote. The front and back patios were so nice and there were even games out back like cornhole and four of a kind. My only criticism was that is was to hot to enjoy the nice hottub. But when I return to this property on my next vacation, we plan to do it in the winter so we can soak.

Great place for a relaxing stay

We stayed here for a week. The unit was very well thought out and beautifully furnished with a spa-like theme to the bedrooms and bathrooms. It has everything you would need for a comfortable, peaceful stay. There was ample seating in the living room and two distinct places to dine. The kitchen was modern with all the amenities needed and many extra supplied necessities for cooking. The master bedroom offered 2 closets (one a walk in) for belongings and a spa like bathroom. The second bedroom was smaller but had a large closet. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was handy. There was good water pressure everywhere in the unit. The front, enclosed veranda was perfect for a relaxing, peaceful escape with your morning coffee. The large covered patio in the back was especially nice to sit out and watch the rain in the afternoons. Our dog really enjoyed the outside space as well. The unit was quiet; we did not hear the neighbors or much outside noise. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working when we were there because they were waiting for parts. The host was close by to take care of any problems and responded promptly with everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again when we return to FL.

Totally awesome stay in Fort Lauderdale. Our host was amazing and the property was very clean and well stocked. The community is quiet, and close to everything. We definitely would recommend to anyone needing a place in Pompano Beach, Coconut Creek or Fort Lauderdale. Just minutes to both major freeways. Loved it !!
