Welcome to Villa Palma! By The Sea Vacation Villas is pleased to offer this breathtaking 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom Heated hot tub Vacation Home to the luxury vacation rental market! Located in the fit class neighborhood of Ocean Vue in Deerfield Beach, Villa Palma is conveniently situated near a multitude of first-class restaurants, shops, entertainment (movies, theater, music, etc.) and, of course, the beach.

INTERIOR:

Upon entering the Villa Palma, you are immediately greeted with high vaulted living room ceilings and beautiful wood rafter beams. The elegant wood floors run through out the entire home and meet beautiful brick wall architecture. The dinning room (seating for four) over looks the living room and is positioned directly off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities that one can come to expect and showcases new cabinetry and appliances. As you ascend to the second floor, you will find the living quarters and laundry room. Equipped with a King Bed, large flat screen TV, new dressers, closets, and a porch, the master bedroom showcases the lap of luxury. The master en-suite bathroom offers marble counter tops, a beautiful tub and sperate shower room. Bedroom 2 features a quaint double bed with ample closet space and flat screen TV. Additionally, the en-suite bathroom is fully outfitted with updates counters tops and amenities.

EXTERIOR:

Undoubtedly, the outdoor area of Villa Palma will leave you breathless. The ornate and well designed landscaping frames out 3 beloved areas of the yard. Immediately, you will be greeted with a large patio dinning set (seating for 6) and BBQ. Next . the spacious hot tub will provide plenty of reprieve and sanctuary even on the coolest of nights. Lastly, you can land your self a drink at the built in Tiki bar and let all your worries drift away. Shall you find your self wanting to jump into the pool, Villa Palma offers large community pool and lounge area.

It was here that Future President John F Kennedy wrote his inaugural address and selected his cabinet. It was also here that Joseph Kennedy had a stroke in 1961 that left him unable to speak. And, it was here that JFKs nephew William Kennedy Smith was accused and acquitted of rape in 1991. The home was sold for 4.9 Million dollars in 1995.

Great place our family absolutely loved it! We will try to be back again next year for sure , easy walk to the beach and the quiet part at that. Hot tub wasn’t very hot but didn’t really care. Being between the ocean and the river inlet was cool so you can check out both very easily. Came with everything you need for fun at the beach

The communication from day one was excellent. Check in/out was flawless. The pictures reflected reality. The place is beautiful. We appreciated the fully appointed kitchen with every pot, pan and utensil we could need. We ended up cooking almost every meal since it was so convenient. I will book this place every time I am in the area. Highly recommend!

Great place and location - just a short walk to the beach, yet still private, cozy and quiet if you want stay in and relax. The townhouse has everything you need and easy to access. If you ever need anything extra, you can conveniently reach out via chat, the hosts are very responsive.

Absolutely beautiful villa, equipped with everything you need for the week. The manager Tanya is amazing communicates very timely and checks in daily in case you need anything or having any issues. It’s 2 beds but the couch is big and comfortable if needed. The outdoor space is tranquil and private which we really enjoyed to spend time together as a family. It’s a few blocks but nice walk to the beach access with chairs/coolers/wagon cart available. The umbrellas are 25/week so reasonable, I recommend 2 for 4 chairs if you need sun protection. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing vacation

This is an amazing apartment. Convenient, comfortable and cozy. The location is the best of the best! Close to everything: kids parks, water parks, museums, restaurants, stores. For me it was very important that we live near the ocean, walking distance. The second requirement was that we have safe pool. This apartment has it all. The communication was quick and clear. All the questions even after work hours were answered. I can % tell that this host is the best I've ever dealt with.

Beautiful home and amazing hot tub!

Clean, beautiful home and amazing backyard with hot tub and tiki bar! This is a 3 level so there are stairs and one parking spot if that is an issue. Big bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs with full laundry. Very short walk to the beach-about 3 minutes. Many restaurants 0.9 mile walk. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with very relaxing decor, and clean

Our host made us feel very welcome. Sending us a text every day to check in and see if we needed anything. They were very responsible when we had questions. The home is beautiful. The layout very efficient. The garden outback is gorgeous so you have a great view from the living room. The kitchen was very well equipped for making meals at home and very spacious. My 14 and 11 year-old granddaughters said they wanted to move in that’s how much they liked it I could easily live there if it wasn’t for the stairs as I have a bad hip. But upstairs are not an issue for you. I would highly recommend this unit, otherwise this host has numerous properties and I would definitely stay at one of their other properties in the future.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful!! This home is everything the picture portray it to be and more!! Close to everything, beautiful Deerfield Beach is one block away (Walking/driving), 10-15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale and maybe 10 mins drive to beautiful Pompano Beach as well!. Wonderfully clean, hot tub, pool, tiki bar and the interior lighting of this home is beautiful! Loved every minute of our stay!!

Great stay at the Beach

This place was amazing. The furnishing and decor was top notch. The garage is filled with beach gear for you to use, it was fantastic. We had everything we needed. The property management has great communication and is very quick to respond to any of your needs.

Comforts of home - nice beach amenities like wagon,, cooler, sand toys. Great backyard!! Convenient to beaches Pompano, Delray. Gas, grocery stores and department stores nearby. Complex and neighborhood was very quiet. We would book again.

Villa sanctuary

We came to the Deerfield Beach area to visit family and this villa was absolutely perfect place to have as our home base. The location is excellent and we walked to the beach and intercoastal in minutes. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated and the yard was spectacular and like a sanctuary. There was a sunken hot tub and tiki bar and lush tropical gardens and it was all private. The center tree was to attract butterflies and it was filled with butterflies. It created a magical place for morning coffee and evening cocktail. The Villa had everything we needed and the owner/manager was attentive and shared area amenities and quickly answered any inquiries. We highly recommend this Villa and look forward to returning! Thank you!

Beautiful townhome

This house is located between the intercoastal and the ocean. There is a small green area across the street that is on the intercoastal and the beach is 1 block away. It is a short walk to the shopping area. The house has it's own private backyard with hot tub and tiki bar. It has a beautiful garden that attracts many butterflies. A great area to sit outside enjoy the sun and a good book. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Lovely stay in a beautiful home

The property was excellent, back yard, hot tub, pool all top notch. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Parking a bit of an issue since Deerfield disallowed parking on the burm late in our stay. Caused owners to park second or even third cars in the parking lot. A little congested. The owner of our unit and the facility maintenance man (Joseph) were very understanding and helpful in solving the parking issue I had when I needed to park a second car.

Convenient relaxed abode

This place has all the comfort of home. We had my wife, adult son and myself. Nice backyard with a hot tub and a bar. It’s very dark out there. Easy walk to the international pier. Great place to walk to the beach and see the sunrise. Seamless check in check out experience. It’s a beautiful place a and well taken care of.
