The condo was perfect for our group.of 7. The kitchen is stocked with the basic necessities to cook and eat. Full suze fridge and dishwasher. Plenty of eating spaces and the washer/dryer ia helpful for laundry! 3 TV's allowed everyone to watch their movie of choice. And having 4 bathrooms was so convenient. The 3 zones for thermostats was a plus...everyone was comfortable. Additionally, the place is quiet! We could be in our room or the living room and couldn't hear the teens in the rooms or the other vacationers above or below us. Even the hustle of the street was quiet! The location near the end of the cul de sac to the Marriott resort, kept traffic low. Walking to and thru the hotel to acces the beach was easy and safe. The benefits of the Marriott membership that came with the rental was sooooo nice! The staff at the hotel was pleasant, food good and the beach was long and large. It rained for 2 days but we found enough to do. Having a rental car helped! We went to Sawgrass Mill mall nearby, did an escape room and shopped. The Hostess and booking agent were both easy to contact and answered all questions.

This was a really great condo. The place looks exactly like the pictures. The condo owner was there to greet us and was only a text away with any questions or concerns. It has a huge nice balcony. The thing that makes this location priceless besides the very large space is the full access to the Marriott Harbor Resort and all its amenities; lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels by the pool and beach and 20% off all food and drinks, access to the spa. Really great experience.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The property was spotless, beautiful decorated, and incredibly spacious. The well stocked kitchen was amazing! Barbara and Dolly were outstanding!! Both were responsive, kind, and committed to making our stay memorable. Communication was quick and the check in/check out process was a breeze. This was one of the best vacation rentals that my family of 5 has stayed in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in a beautiful beach/resort setting.

Convenient but uncomfortable

We (3 couples) stayed here for a long weekend. The place was clean bun very run down. The floor in the dining room leading out to the terrace was falling in. Although there were two living rooms, there wasn’t a comfortable place for the six of us to sit down and watch tv or just chat. The place was large but sparsely decorated and sparsely appointed in the kitchen.The guest bedrooms were ok but the master bedroom bed was awful. The whole place needs a makeover. Considering what we paid, we were very disappointed.

Beautiful property

This property is beautiful. It’s rare photos on listings match what you get, but this place had a great location and was so clean & cared for. The beach/pool access at the hotel was so perfect and a great incentive to this property.

Deligthful!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was clean, very spacious, and in a great location with close proximity to the Marriott pool and the ocean. The icing on the cake was being able to use the club membership at the hotel. We will definitely be back.

My expectations were too high....

I texted.the property manager at the end of our stay things that probably effect their bottom line. The master toilet wouls not stop running unless you pulled the handle back up, which was not a big deal for us to do, but the kids often forgot. The living area was quite warmbin the morning until about 4 in the afternoon, making the ac run hard. The dryer was not efficient, taking 2 cycles to dry clothes, the ice maker was very slow, and the hot water ran out daily. I could not even fill up the jetted tub without running out of hot water. These last 3 things made staying there with 7 people a challenge. The size of the condo was great and it was impeccably clean. The dining furniture was mismatched and some of the chairs were sketchy to sit on. The red living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The couches shown in the pics in the master bedroom are not there. My husband and I are plus sized and I there is no middle support in the king sized bed. We ended up pulling the mattress to the floor for fear of breaking the box springs. The lights in the sitting area in the master bedroom did not work and there was no cover on the light on the fan in the living room by the kitchen. I know I'm sounding nitpicky, but we're not rich people and I had expect that I was paying for luxury. The size of the condo was great for us though. Just manage your expectations better than I did.....

Great Family Vacation Location

We had a phenominal vacation experience. The property was wonderful and so convienient to the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort with Beach Club access. Easy to dine out or in, with lots off space for family gathering and resting. Barbara/Dolly were very easy to communicate with and easy check in, and helped make the vacation special with valuable insights for dining and play. We'd definitely come back again!

great location

We loved the condo. It was large and gave the 7 of us room to stretch out (as opposed to a hotel room) We were a short walking distance to the Mariott and probably was closer to the beach and amenities than if we stayed in the hotel. We liked the fact the condo wasn't too fancy as we had little kids and didn't have to worry about anything. It also had parking included. Fort Lauderdale is a difficult city to find parking. We had a great time.

Very Nice

Luxury property with a lot of open space. 4 units and each unit is an entire floor. Our family of myself, daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandsons enjoyed the wrap around patio with peeks of the ocean, as the condo is located right behind the Marriott. The amenity of using the Marriott was definitely worth it. Private beach with chairs and umbrellas included. Get ready to be spoiled by a wonderful beach wait staff! Dolly is just a text away to answer questions or help as needed and we loved the personal meet and greet. Would recommend for small families or group of 3 couples for a getaway. Walking to shopping and restaurants is convenient. Thank you Dolly for hosting our family!

Wonderful Mother Daughter Vacation

Excellent location and host

Communication before the stay was good. Dolly, the host was great. Check in was easy and she made sure we had everything we needed. Condo was amazing. Lots of space for 6 of us. The location was excellent and the use of the Marriott Resort was awesome. Short and easy walk to the resort. The pool and beach at the Marriott were great. We enjoyed the restaurant at the Marriott as well.
