Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, our spacious home complies with City of Hollywood regulations, allowing a maximum of two occupants per bedroom. This makes our apartment perfect for:

Most restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, making a car unnecessary for enjoying local dining options. Unauthorized parking on the property will result in a $100 daily fee, and a contracted towing company will tow the vehicle at the guest's expense.

Minimum 4-star guest rating required to book.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a healthy and pleasant environment for all guests.
Pets are not allowed due to the host's medical condition.

This was our second stay. Great location near the south end of the Broadwalk and just steps away from the beach. Everything needed for the beach was provided- chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, etc. Small parking area was perfect for our vehicle. Road outside was under construction, but did not affect our visit. Great communication with Olga. Highly recommend this property.

Our first time in Hollywood Beach was great. This 1 bed/1 bath is at a great location only 20-30 steps from the beach. We spent Thanksgiving with family in the area and we needed a small place for my husband and I. This apartment is in the first floor so you only need to go up 3 stairs from the street level. Parking is tight for a small SUV but the convenience of being able to park just outside the apartment was great. Instructions to check in and out were detailed and Olga, the manager was available when I texted her. We found the apartment in a very clean and tidy conditions and well maintained. Nice sheets and comfy bed with very puffy pillows. There is a patio table right outside, near the front common area and you can see the beach from there and from the front door. There are two A/C window units and that helped the hot days. Water pressure was great. I only wish there was an exhaust fan. Overall our stay was great and we could have breakfast on the beach at a restaurant only 5 mins away.

Memorial Day weekend 2025

We had a great time. The apartment is nice, clean and had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed and a parking space.The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach. Olga, the owner, is very nice and helpful. We were lucky late check-out was available so we could stay for a few hours longer to enjoy our last day there. I'm already looking forward to our next visit. I highly recommend this place!

Great beach location

We stayed here because of the location we loved the morning sunrise and ease of parking. It was exceptionally clean and we will stay here again. Visitors should check out the Carpenter House/ MEEC and visit the rescued sea turtles. It is just 2 miles north.

Excellent location, right on the beach!

Excellent location! A few steps to the beach and Broadwalk! The bed is very comfortable. It had everything my husband and I needed for a 5 day stay. Olga was extremely helpful and explained things in detail. The location is at the end of Broadwalk in a quiet location. The beach area out front is quiet and peaceful also. Walk a mile north up the Broadwalk to the restaurants and nightlife. I had a foot injury during the trip and on the Broadwalk there is a bike shop that rents handicap scooters and another that rents e-bikes. We’ll definitely be returning.

HOLLYWOOD

This building is just behind another small building but you can still see the beach from the porch. Steps to the beach. She has beach towels, hats, boogie boards, beach umbrella and a couple of park chairs. Very clean, great water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed. It’s at the end of the broad walk, but the broad walk isn’t too long.. food store 20 minute walk. Had a great time!

Cozy spot with easy beach access

The hostess was amazing and responded to texts promptly. Beach access was perfect, however, many of the restaurants were at least still a couple mile walk. The condo itself was clean, well-equipped, and exactly what we needed! We would stay again!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Olga was very responsive before and during our stay and provided some nice amenities (beach towels, chairs, nylon beach blanket) that made the stay very convenient. I also appreciated the dual head shower system. You never seem to get that feature in a rental! The location felt safe and it was so nice to be right on the Broadwalk and of course, the beach! The only "complaints" we have are that the window AC units run quite loud and the fire alarm in the bedroom blinks brightly. Both were a little disruptive to our sleep, but I do acknowledge that these are normal functions and may be out of the owner's control. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to the area in the future.

Great location!

This was a fantastic location for exploring Hollywood, literally steps from the beach, very quiet in spite of construction going on nearby. The instructions for check in and operating instructions were super clear, very helpful owner and great communication. I left some room spray and extra paper towels that hopefully get passed on to the next guest. My only suggestion is to allow some of the windows to open - as a visitor from the Pacific Northwest I rarely used the air conditioning but would have loved some fresh air.

Fantastic Get Away

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at the property. We enjoy running and since it is right at the south end of the boardwalk we had a nice run each day up to the north end, enjoying the view and people watching. The property is well maintained and everything worked very well. We’d definitely stay again and appreciate the interaction with our host, Olga.

Location, location, location!

Olga's place was wonderful - accurately described, very cute, lacked for literally nothing and Olga herself was the most responsive host with whom I've ever dealt. Check-in and out were a breeze. Kitchen was fully serviceable. We had everything we needed and we were 75 steps to the beach (yes, we counted). We will definitely stay here again.

Not great for older people

Pros: close to beach, good size, clean, free parking if you have a compact car; very nice, hot shower with great water pressure; beach towels available. Cons: steps up to building are higher than regulation; no railing to hang on to unless you lean over and grab the patio gate; foam mattress not good for a heavy person (my husband is 275 lbs); only one couch to sit on in living room (one photo showed an overstuffed chair that was not there); beach chairs available are really camping chairs-not comfortable and blow over easily; mattress pad and fitted sheet kept coming off the bed; the place gets little to no sun, quite dark inside.
