"I was very dissatisfied with my stay. First some reason we were given a handicap accessible room, which was no issue. It was at the end of a hall by the fire exit doors. This became important, since one of the two elevators was out of order for the 4 days that we were there and impatient people fled ..."

"The floor was sticky in the lobby. Finding hair in the bathroom is never okay. The bed was comfortable but smelled like the bedding was washed with the restaurant linens.
