The specific unit rented was welcoming to pets with a separate direct access to a fenced area that included a grill and seating. 1.5 bathrooms, shower only. Hotplate only, no oven, but does have microwave and toaster oven although we couldn't get the toaster oven to work. Both a small freezer/fridge and separate mini drink fridge. Nextdoor grocery store (Safeway) permanently closing soon. A few short blocks from the 4th Street downtown area including dining, events, and a city museum. A few blocks from the state highway that goes to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park (about 45 minutes away). Unit is a long state highway 287, but traffic runs at city speed in that stretch and is not loud since both the unit and its assigned outdoor space are behind the house.
