"The customer service was very good. Nice and clean lobby. When checking in I asked for a room close to the pool if possible and they gave a room within a few feet of the pool door. The room was quiet, No noise from other rooms or the pool. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. My only concern was the broken shelf on the bathroom vanity. I only mentioned it to them to make sure I get my security deposit back and they offered me a whole new room which...

"Loved the design of the property and the little details like the “shop this room” and the white noise machine! Lovely room setup so cute and also very sustainable, such a well curated aesthetic! One thing is the toilet hanger kept falling which was a little inconvenient, and I couldn’t find any tissues so I had to use toilet paper, but other than that I loved our stay and the cafe!!"

"Beautiful, new, comfortable, safe and convenient. Besides the lack of close bars and restaurants we had everything we needed. Of course the city is uber friendly we were just too early for some of the new bars and restaurants being built. Really enjoyed our stay. I would consider staying at another Roost down the road. "

"I stayed in this hotel because it was convenient and close to the purpose of my travel, it’s clean , but because this hotel allows pets , there was a dog barking in one of the rooms close to mine but overall this hotel is ok. "

"This hotel is amazing. Very friendly, in a great location, and had no problems. My dog came with me and they did not give me a hard time or make me feel judged like other hotels have. Great walking distance, had complimentary wine hour and tea/coffee. 10/10 stay all around. We will be returning upon ventures in Bmore area!"
